Good guide. I'm so confused how you can be doing so much dmg, I ran a similar build and it seems like every person I fight I can't do shit to them. Seems everyone is running heavy armor tank builds, but when I fight them, even if I wear heavy, I'm getting melted. Idk what I'm missing.

Nice guide! What would you say is the best perks for a light user melee kind of playstyle (rapier /vg) ? Is it shirking heals with ankh or something else ? I totally agree on slash conditioning. Alot of spear/hatchet players in medium slaying on my server in EU. Appreciate any feedback 😎
Shirking heals isn't a bad option. At the end of the day all gearing options are personal preference. Something I run may not be BIS for others. I personally started running enchanted ward / slash CON on all my gear. Shirking heals is the 3rd perk I'd put on after that!
Do you think elemental band will still be BiS when they fix the bugs? Its currently bugged, så the empowerment gets triggered from attunement, dots, bleed, thorny reflect etc. And what do you mean with 725 gear? You think they will bump up M3 gear and crafting?
I think elemental band is still the better option imo. If you have a really aggressive playstyle like me you could also use Endless Thirst! 725 gear comes from the new raid. You can craft one piece a week at 725 so it's still worth get 700 GS pieces in the mean time. I hope they do increase the GS from m3s!
I feel like all these content creators are doing the exact same builds. Already seen most of these on like Kristopher's channel already and a few others. Can we get some off-meta builds or Can we PLEASE get a FireStaff / Hatchet build? And can you use that big ol' brain and try to figure something out for this combo while leveling that doesn't require certain artifacts? Pvp while leveling is THE BEST PVP and the most fun I've had in New World. I am so tired of Musket/Rapier/Spear, lmao.

My single biggest frustration when playing musket is SnS/warhammer users... Getting stunlocked as a glass cannon is not fun.
Yep. SnS is our biggest counter. At 300 dex you unlock the free CC cleanse when you swap weapons! Make sure you're abusing that

hatchet is just the best weapon in the game rn.. pretty sad meta light attack spam

Unless we get some drastic new changes to existing perks or brand new ones to shift the meta. BIS will always be best.
