Hi Mohamed, many thanks for a very good and descriptive video! Please, may I have one question? In the "Look into an existing module" section, how did you find the files displayed? How did you move from Docker container to standard file structure? Followed your instructions but now I am lost - I am on WIN10 64 bit, Docker engine v.20.10.8, WSL2 based engine
Oh, I found out that I must access them via the command line button by corresponding container on Docker dashboard! However, still cannot understand how can you work so simply with these files, as they are inside a container?
ALOUI, I have seen your courses on Udemy, however, they are NOT for PrestaShop 1.6 and I really want to develop for 1.6. Do you have any old courses for that version by chance? Is 1.7 the same as 1.6? I was told they are very different so learning 1.7 should not help me.
if anyone needs docker have some changes ... for -v flag zou have to specify path like "-v ${PWD}:/var/www/html/" full command is there "docker run -ti --name prestashop_docker -e PS_DEV_MODE=false -e PS_INSTALL_AUTO=0 -p 8080:80 -d -v ${PWD}:/var/www/html/ prestashop/prestashop:latest"
Now you have one, I'll watch this tutorial... I need to learn prestashop and it doesn't have lot of tutorials of how to create things in prestashop, like I am struggling to display a single image, I really hope this tutorial help me with a few things and it would be great if you made a serie of tutorials teaching... If you make short videos people will have more interesting to watch, short videos and more quantity... That would be great, thanks

good job, but now? I installed Prestshop, mysql using docker on a window environment. How can I see and change prestashop code?
Thank you so much for this walktrough to modules. Definetly goes to my favourites.
hi, can you help me i can't install my module?
You can simply delete the module directoty, make sure to have a backup
Can i ask, does making new modules requires the developement file of prestashop-dev? Or the user version is okay to do module creation?

The files inside the container are mapped to those on the local disk.
Docker do sync the changes.

Dislike for missing spaces after colons in CSS 😂
Lol 😂
Terrible, no order, chaotic, jumpimg here and there, 1mln topics around things that are important. Get some planning before making video dude.
