When the floor gets wet the sealer softens slightly and if wet/dirty shoes walk on the floor and it is left to dry with dirt on it, it can cause a stain. The best thing I found for that is Windex, original formula and some elbow grease. All our spots came clean. After about three years we cleaned, repainted and resealed it, for that brand new look. No problems.
Great to know, I'll try it thanks!
Neat! I think we may do this to our kitchen tile eventually. Keeping the grout clean is hard. We used grout renew which really helped but it still gets grungy over time and I don’t want to have to repeat that process very often.
It's done well for us so far!
Thanks for the video. I want to paint my kitchen floors and was wondering about the durability over a long time. I think considering it looks good still.
Looks good, want to see application
