I was in new age for many years reggretably, and so i know about the kundulini. My experience with this spirit is it was always a strange fire going up my back, which is exactly where the snake spirit lodges itself in the backs of people up the spine. The coincidental thing is Id experience the same thing sometimes in some christian churches that id attend before i became messianic. I think we should not be fearful around calling out a false anointing or a false spirit, Paul tells us to expose false works of darkness. Fear of blaspheming the Ruach is the exact thing satan uses against christians for not wanting to expose a false spirit. But i agree 100 percent, we should also be careful and balanced. My understanding of Blasphemy of the Ruach, is continually resisting the work and move of Ruach and been consistant in speaking against the true move of the Ruach. I dont believe that abba will penalise someone who genuinely made a mistake because of brokeness and lack of discernment and genuine clouded demonic judgement, so long as their is heartfelt repentance. However I believe that Blasphemy of the ruach can also be people doing miracles and signs and acts of worship by a fraudulent spirit, or even giving false prophetic word and saying it is of the true ruach. My opinion. At the end of the day, caution is always neccessary and we need to ask daily for the filling and leading of the true ruach. Heartfelt requests i believe will bring true discernment wisdom and leading.
