    500gr. ground beef
    1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
    2 clove(s) of garlic (fine chopped)
    1teaspoon sugar
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 tablespoon olive oil
    350 gr.grrek graviera cheese(grated)
    250ml.red wine (try)
    350ml.water
    salt
    pepper
