They did make a movie about the uprising sone 30 years ago called "Escape from Sobibor". Pretty accurate movie. Also, there was a movie about Sobibor put together from the documentary called Shoah that was multi-segment series broadcasted some 40 years ago on PBS. The movie came out in 2004. I would like to see a movie about the Treblinka uprising as the inmates managed to destroy the camp! Since Treblinka was further in Poland then Sobibor, only 63 prisoners managed to escape and I believe that only about 30 managed to survive post-World War II. The last survivor of the Treblinka uprising died at 96 in either 2020 or 2021. I remember reading the press release but I don't recall the exact year!

Unfortunately that cannot be said when it comes to the utterly awful pronunciation of the English language as done bij the AI voice used here. Almost all vowels seem to be combination of use A and O together and the hoity-toity pronunciation used in the commentary is just criminally painful to a Native English speaker. The comparison with Gaza is terrifying. I feel so badly for the Palestinians that the Israelis say that they wanted Hamas and so they should suffer the consequences. It is a war of attrition and even an attempt at ethnic cleansing. The images and footage of people dying from air strikes is appalling. The Israelis are a deeply prejudiced people even though within their own community people of colour work and live lives that are dominated by petty racism. I lived and worked in Tel Aviv and I witnessed how Israelis ignored the deep divisions in their belief system. The Ashkenazi (Jews from Eastern Europe) dominate Education and government with their Orthodox beliefs about how the 12 Tribes should exist in the various strata of their society. The Sephardic (Jews from Southern Europe and the Middle East) are forced to occupy menial jobs like cleaning and other low level employment including supplying an endless stream of cannon fodder for the IDF and in the service industries like nursing and catering. The Sephardic hate the Ashekenazi because of their exemption from the army if they are studying the sacred Torah and the oral Talmud. The rabbis have a stranglehold on all food and can make or break any company that does not follow their strict dietary laws. Israel is in that sense a theocracy like Iran and to a lesser extent other middle eastern states where religion is the defining feature of their economy like the Yemen and Somalia. Israel is on a path of destruction if they don’t reign in their leaders. Netanyahu can operate with impunity until there is an election. But until then while the Israelis keep electing him in to power no progress can be made to effectuated a cease fire and negotiate the return of the hostages who seem to have been forgotten by the government policy makers. Until a liberal is elected into office the Israelis will continue to persecute Palestinians and attempt an annihilation of Gaza not because they want to secure their borders but because they feel the Arab is genetically inferior forgetting they are from the same Hasidic gene pool.

There were thousands of camps . 9 million Red army soldiers died 19 million ussr civilians. Of all the nazis killed done by the Red army by the time of D Day the Red Army was at the footsteps of Berlin .

@@Carolinel673 As far as the main camps go, the Western Allies liberated Belsen, Dachau, Flossenburg, Neuengamme, Buchenwald, Mauthausen, Mittelbau-Dora, Natzweiler, Sachsenhausen, and their subcamps. The Red Army liberated Auschwitz, Majdanek, Ravensbruck, Plaszow, Stutthof and their subcamps. So your numbers are WAY off.

The Soviet Red Army soldiers were out right Bolshevik Communists who massacred millions of native, christian white Russians under Stalin! They are not heros or better than the SS in fact, many of the SS but not all, were not as murderous as the Communists. That's what the Germans were fighting, far-leftist, jewish, Bolshevik Communists. Do a search on The Bolshevik Revolution. See the book: "Two Hundred Years Together" by Alexander (Russian last name?)
