Ingredients
600 grams chicken with bones
500 grams basmati rice
2 inch stick of cinnamon
3 cloves
3 green cardomons
6 peppercorns
1 tsp cumin seeds
1big or 2 medium onions sliced
1 big carrot cut into thin strips
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
few almonds and raisins optional
2 tbsp sugar (u can use less or more depending on your taste )
