This is the oldest section of Cebu City, built in 1565. Thus, most of the biggest and oldest universities, schools, oldest shopping malls, government offices, inns, hotels, biggest and oldest flea market are all here. Universities have classes until 8PM. Thus, nonstop actions are found here.

I visited many 3rd world countries in Africa in mideast in Asia. They all have none stop beebing of the horns and toxics air pollution. Its unhealthy.
