My twist:
Season shrimp, coat w/flour & sauté in olive oil
Remove shrimp from pan
Sauté shallots & garlic in the same pan
Add white wine
Add heavy whipping creme
Add chicken broth
Let simmer and remove sauce from pan & store
Add this sauce at the very end of the baked feta cheese pasta recipe
Feta Cheese Pasta Recipe:
Add cherry tomatoes to your dish
Drizzle olive oil on tomatoes
Season tomatoes with salt & pepper
Add Feta cheese in the middle
Add 4 cloves of fresh chopped garlic
Drizzle olive oil on feta cheese
Add oregano, salt & pepper on top of feta cheese
Bake on 400 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes
Boil your desired type of pasta
Remove fish from oven after 25-35 min.
Mash feta cheese and tomatoes to create a sauce
Add pasta
Add sauce from the beginning of the recipe
Add pasta water to make the dish creamy or chicken broth
Serve & garnish with parsley, Parmesan Cheese, Ground black pepper, and Jumbo Shrimp.
