The cover is awesome. As for the difficulty. Genuinely tricky are the 'lemon drop' in 5-2, the cougar attack in 5-3, the Demon, and 2 or 3 awkwardly placed hammer throwers. The rest is knowing the choreography of a game that has almost no random elements. After (!) figuring out and learning that choreography, Ninja Gaiden becomes quite simple and fun actuall, to be beaten in a 20min break. Far simpler than, e. g., Super Mario 3. An excellent teacher is Slackanater in his first ever truly damageless run video.

No lie, listening to this while fighting Jin Hayabusa in Nioh is very fitting for anyone damn well determined to keep trying to beat him, I found myself using some cheese tactics that work wonders, however part of it is RNG and DROP RNG, as the flame dragon scroll is needed for that.
This really really should have been included in the modern ninja gaiden games. Imagine playing them as a fan of the originals and hearing this. Please some clever game hacker make this happen!
