I gotta tell you that entire walkthrough was pretty stellar. Obviously I couldn't move as fast as you did on the video, but you were still able to help me get a commerce site set up in a few hours. You're a godsend to developers of all experience levels.

THanks for this, I am a web designer with only a little coding knowlege, this helped me restyle a 'cookie cutter' website that the client payed £,£££'s for. The client fell for the trap but has to change everything because of the duplicate content and the damage it can do for their SEO. So thanks, without this, I would of been stumped since im using wordpress ususally! :)

I'm really shocked because I was going to hire a website developer for me and was about to give him a huge amount of fee to build up a e-comm website in opencart but Is it really so easy... that's great to watch your video, I have definitely liked, and subscribed to your channel Brad!

Avenger 2405 its easy to design yes, but coding plugins will be hard if you have no background in coding

    • @harvindersingh-xb2pz

And yes people overcharge, i dont because im not a dickhead but watch out because some people assume that they can rip you off because its an IT job and it involves coding they think they can trick you to thinking it costs loads. Dont get me wrong, if you ask for a load of advanced features that will take time then you will be charged loads but if you ask for basic things like adding a video etc then you should not be charged alot

I like how you also include log making as i myself always make all my own stuff and do all from sql, seo, theme hacking, server installation, wordpress administration and security, otherwise would not rentabilitise my business paying others to make logos etc. Too many logo makers being paid in an age where any dumb sausage can make a brilliant logo with the 'push buttton to generate logo' apps around these days

How do I add Open Cart to an existing website? I have a website, domain, and hosting with 1&1 and I'm trying figure out how to add the option for visitors to buy my products. That's the whole reason I bought website package. I just didn't realize how much more I would have to do to actually sell things on it! I don't have a payment gateway yet either, but I'm probably going to go with square. If Open Cart cannot be added to a 1&1 Website, which other one would you suggest?? This is all so confusing to me.
