Beautiful little Kiwi. I loved the happy tear as he flew. I prefer to think that the thud at the end was him safely landing on an airbag. If he had the foresite and time to nail all those trees to the side of the cliff, then surely he had the foresite to place an airbag for a safe landing and the chance to fly over and over again.
Fun fact for all the sad peeps here, kiwis are light enough to survive a fall like that, in fact he should’ve fallen slower, and and he does survive because there are other shorts featuring the lovable guy.
Why most of people are focused on suicide in it ? Maybe he didn't die at the end and had another plan to stop himself from crashing on last trees . This video shows nothing is impossible 👍

Then Kiwi starting to nail one tree on the hill, and keep going on (the black scene is like cut off time). After it feels its enough, the Kiwi so grateful and happy for its afford. The Kiwi jump off the cliff without hesitation, and spread its tiny wings until it hit the rock bottom. Meaning: Living your dream even though looks silly, put your afford on it, be grateful! No matter what death is waiting for us.
not pixar. it is 'pixar inspired' or 'pixar like' but not pixar. good until the end, but would bhave been better had the kiwi put a trampolene at the end to fly back home

Yes it's dark, but a great way to talk to them about hpes, dreams, expectations, and how to handle them. Too many kids these days are killing themselves because of not reaching goals or expectations that are just not based in reality.
