Giteau and Adam Ashely Cooper rose to the occasion and ran that game, the skill set shown was what freaks are made of.I have watched pretty much every wallabies game they played and a large number of super rugby games and I can say that they rolled back the years. Just an unbelievable performance, crikey I'm just gobsmaked at what I just saw! Super proud of the lads, its a great day to be an Aussie that loves rugby!

This is the true spirit of rugby! It can take you world wide. Great guys these two. And was great to see Americans take up the professional side of the sport with their amazing enthusiasm. I'd like to see a Mexico team and a Canada team at some point too.

@@queasybeetle If they weren't wearing the Springbok and Lions jerseys and you turned on the TV and gave it a watch you would have switched the channel. What exactly is interesting about a three match series consisting of collapsed scrums and an endless diet of high balls? Finn Russell at least breathed a little bit of life into the last game but that series will not go down as anything but a classic.

They have both played in Japan, and Giteau had a few seasons at Toulon in France. Their appearance in the league is to help develop the game there, and enjoy a well deserved swansong in L.A. Who can blame them? They look to be having the time of their lives. Good on them, they've been great ambassadors for the game.
