    I'm watching your videos as I am crafting with my vinyl. I SO appreciate knowing that in some of YOUR days, some things go better than others also. I'm having one of those days here too. (Totally ruined a charger plate beyond saving!) You are an inspiration, provide knowledge which I need and also the encouragement. Thank you for being there for all of us Betsy!

    I know this video has been up for a while, but I am just now seeing it. I have been learning from your videos since I found you in June of this year. I have to say that I LOVE that you leave in your mistakes and when things don't go perfectly! It is as helpful to learn how you handle those things as it is to see anything else. Thanks for all you do Betsy!

    WOW! VERY CUTE. You have inspired me so much. Thank you. I love your personality and the love you have for creating beautiful things. It takes a lot of patience to do a video and to expect everything to work according to your plan. So Girl! keep smiling.

    neat idea, i would have so totally cut that transfer paper around the individual images to make it easier to line up to the main image though instead of having to line up everything at once

    I LOVE your creativity, it's contagious!!!! I have spent a whole day watching video after video. You're an inspiration. Trying to dig out of a hole... life has been really hard for my family lately. We are trying to start a little business doing things like this. I can't tell you how much you have helped me, just but watching these videos. Brings tears to my eyes. THANK YOU!
    I only have black and white for now. I can't wait to afford multiple colors. I would LOVE to have your trash cans!!!

    Wouldn't it have been easier to cut the vinyl down into pieces to adhere rather thsn struggle so much with trying to line up the large piece?

    Ok guys...you have her in a darned if I do, Darned if I don’t situation(or a Catch 22) with the scrap box......Why? If she wastes too much vinyl, you complain....and yet, If she stopped wasting vinyl then, we wouldn’t get the chance to WIN a scrap box every month...would we? She wastes vinyl in order to give us those scrap boxes every month!!! Stop fussin’ and just be happy!!!!! I wanna win one of her awesome scrap boxes!!! It’s gold!!!

    What is purpose of wet method? Is it easier to place? Could you post the type of vinyl you used for the wood? Thanks! Love the glitter!

      Deb Samuel the wet method gives you some wiggle room (since it doesn't stick immediately ) Also there are no bubbles in it. The is fdc Ulta metallic

    So sorry about all of my questions. I’m just starting to learn. On the egg shape wall havging picture when using the Cricut how do you make the picture the same shape of the egg.

    One more question about the egg wall hanging. Do you have to seal it with anything?

    I noticed you don't mention cricut vinyl much. When applying to wood should I use the ones you mention? All i have is cricut, of course because that's all I knew bout when I got my machine, lol

    I am enjoying your videos!!! Question, I did you know how to size your design to fit your egg's shape?

    • @CuttinCornersVinyl
      @CuttinCornersVinyl  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Kirstie Green I traced the egg on to a piece of paper and scanned it in so I I knew where to place my design

  • @thecheapesteastindian6448
    @thecheapesteastindian6448 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    Why don't you re-use the masking contact paper?
    Where do you buy it?
    I'm not a fan of the Cricut brand, I have a design stuck on transfer strong tape and not sure how or if I"ll get it off :(

    • @warmandbright6525

    • @jdcogar180
      @jdcogar180 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yah I also would have made better use of the vinyl and I would have cut each one and placed a piece of transfer tape on each little cut out. A lot of time and frustration could have been saved trying to match each layer. But man is Betsy Creative.

    Turned out nice but to make it easier to apply layers I would of cut each flower section separately so you wouldn’t struggle so hard. Thanks for sharing.

      l Love it!! Yes, I think I would do first color. Doing the leaves and flower edges wasted a lot of vinyl. Love the wet application.
