We did this yesterday 11-21-2021. It was awesome. Since RMNP is too icy for us right now, I started looking for lower elevation hikes close to Loveland. When I found this hike, I thought, "Wonder if Nick has a video?" Voila! You do. All of your hiking videos have helped us prepare and anticipate what to expect on our adventures. We have completed 16 hikes 131.5 miles since July 27 2021. 13 in RMNP alone. Sadly the summit registry is no longer there.

Awesome views and the summit view is incredible!
Makes the steep sections worth it.
    Love all your hike-videos.

Another great hike! We have been watching your videos, still more to get to, and really enjoy them. Some we have done ourselves but like seeing someone else's perspective and experience. Keep it up and thank you for sharing.

It looks like the snow is minimal this year. Is that the whole area? The rock climb added to the freaking summit view....all the way to Longs? Wow!

What is the name of that book you use? Can't wait to get up there this season!

How far of a drive is this from Estes Park? That bird bath is pretty cool, do you know what caused such a distinct bowl?

Im not sure what could cause that but its super weird. I made up the name the Birdbath. 😂

I think it has officially “stuck”, at least for us!

Hi Nick any recommendation on ridge hikes or loop hike in or near RMNP?

    • @nicksangetta8874

I guess it depends on the level of difficulty and what season. If you want a hard challenge go for Meeker Ridge.. took me 2 tries to get up it. Lumpy Loop is pretty good and doable in winter. It goes around the Lumpy Ridge.

Awesome thanks. We will be in town in the first couple weeks of June and are trying to do some research ahead of time.

That was a nice hike even though there were some steep climbs it look like it was very scenic an pretty all around.
