    • Video
    The stones that are used in your buildings and homes are first extracted from the mines and transported to the factories, then they are moved by a powerful crane on the wagons and are ready for the cutting stage. After the cutting stage, they enter the next stage.
    In the stage of quality improvement, firstly, the stone scratches are removed and it enters the mastic stage. In the mastic stage, the cavities of the stone are filled with mastic and it enters the stone polishing stage. Ends

    If mastic hardens in a matter of minutes due to exposure to strong light, then the process is the chemical bonding of the resin chains, not the physical process of evaporating the solvent. Such a process is called "curing" among technicians, not "drying."

    • @Amazing_process
      @Amazing_process  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Exactly ....
      thanks for your valuable comments 💛

    • @marchutton7640
      @marchutton7640 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Well it is called an energy cured UV coating. It uses Photoinitiators to start a free radical based polymerization process that creates bonds with different monomers building molecular weight. People do refer to it as “drying” for two reason: (1) it goes from a liquid to a solid. (2) water and solvent based coatings do actually dry and most people were first exposed to them and they stick with the original terminology they learned. I know because I am a research chemist with over 20 years formulating and providing technical service in these technologies.

    A blade in not powerful, the motor that drives it may be ! You cannot have a process that adds quality, only one that removes imperfections ! You can NEVER remove scratches, just make them finer! BUT it's a GREAT product at a wonderful price - I've bought loads and will buy more !

    *_ALWAYS GREAT VIDEOS about beautiful stone; where it comes from, how it's processed, to finished product..._*
    It requires very specialized equipment, facilities, and hard working employees. The Gang Saw that uses multiple Diamond Blades to cut multiple thin slices is a real time saver. The initial sawing with a single large blade helps to 'square' the block of stone for later sawing. It helps keep waste to a minimum.
    Years ago, skyscrapers like The Empire State Building and Chrysler Building, used Natural Stone Products for both interiors and exteriors. With the use of Steel and Concrete frames, Architects were more free to design appearances because the structural skeleton no longer needed thick walls for support.
    Both those Iconic Buildings in New York use design themes from the Art Deco Style. Interiors used polished Marble, Granite, and Limestone. Exteriors used real bricks or even Limestone. Even today, those buildings are TIMELESS because the look and style are still relevant.
    There has been a return to using natural stone products. Every new kitchen remodel starts with Granite counter-tops. Use of natural stone tiles has replaced rugs or wooden floors in many areas.
    *_Keep promoting Natural Stone Products.... buyers see it as a long term investment. Designers are coming up with novel ways of incorporating stone in commercial and residential buildings._*

    Why don't they submerge the stone down into a pool and then make your cuts? You could even use a better liquid in the pool that doesn't damage the stone but makes cutting more efficient and cost effective with improved cutting blades? You could even add a current in the pool for constant filtration and clearing out debris.
    I guess that's just me.
