This kid having an attitude after what took place, calling his mom “bro”, and him saying “they don’t have anything on him” speaks volumes on him as a person, as well as his upbringing. What a horrid situation.
Don’t mark my words; but it feels like the father of the suspect is familiar to death; just the vibe I’m getting; like maybe he doesn’t want the son to say anything; maybe the son wanted to see what is was like to kLL someone like his father; remember this is just speculation on my part as I never met these people in my whole life;
Yes both of those. The dad and the woman, I’m assuming the mom… that broke me. I think they already knew deep down. Especially since they came there to the scene and not a hospital. But actually being told face to face makes it real. As a mama, I can’t imagine. That has to be.. earth shattering. 😔
The fact that he know he shot the girl and says “they don’t have anything on me” is so evil. Idc what anyone says how nice the mom is or how laid back the dad is, this is poor parenting at its finest.
This makes my stomach sick. Young kid shoots a girl dead and makes a story up about a drive by. Disgusting behaviour from the father. Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Pos mother and father trying to minimize the fact their kid killed someone. What a joke.
@@DustyKneezz what I commented is what literally happened. Watched it from beginning to end. Who tf goes around commenting without watching the video. Grow up.
So let me get this straight.. Kid shoots a girl in the face. He then lies about his actions. His father lies about his actions. Kid gets let off to live with grandparents… Am I in the twilight zone? This is absolutely *insane.*

The most fucked up part of this is that they didn't call EMS and took that girl out of the home and left her to die to cover their own asses. They lied every step of the way. Had an ambulance been called right away, she might still be alive. I hope every kid that lied gets charged.

You don't need prayers in that country you need gun control, why on earth would a family need an AK and multiple guns, and why should they be able to have them? America is the only country that thinks this is ok.
The judge is a bone head. Why and how could you let that kid be released with no repercussions. We have seen time and time again, people will repeat criminal behavior or acts if the system merely slaps them on the wrist. This isn’t about giving him a second chance, because he does not deserve one. That little girl is not allowed a second chance at life, he took that away from her. He must experience the appropriate punishment, along with the father. I hope the community bands together to get that horrible kid behind bars.
14 year old better be charged as an adult. Especially after the conversation with the mother. And the father absolutely needs to serve time for this. I feel so sorry for the mother because you could hear the fear and anxiety in her voice because she understood the severity of what happened while her son was oblivious and still trying to deny it. I was legit relieved to see them cuff the father at the end. Prayers to the victim's family.
The mother should have been arrested as well! What kind of mother would allow guns to be out all over the place? This is just as much her fault as the father‘s fault!
Im sorry but we all had weapons or guns in our house growing up, we all didn’t hurt or murder people. That boys old enough to make the conscious decision to hurt somebody, should dad be arrested if this happened with a steak knife and not a gun? I feel bad for the dad.
Ridiculous. No sympathy for the boy’s parents. Obviously the whole family has no empathy for the victim and is all about making excuses. Secure your guns people. Especially if you are a parent with multiple guns and an entitled little brat.

At 14 years old, you know what’s right and wrong, and most 14 year olds would probably be in complete shock and inconsolable if they accidentally did this. This kid is a sociopath.
40,000 people die from gun violence and 80,000 are injured each year for the past 2 decades. Maybe it's time to change the 2nd amendment since it was designed to prolong slavery, and use 'well trained militias' to collect scalping bounties by harvesting "redskins" of Native Americans.
I agree! And I noticed that too...as soon as the cops cuffed him she grabs her phone. No one really pays attn anymore. They're too busy pulling out that phone to record
the kid having no type of remorse and constantly denying what he did just shows us exactly what we need to know. rip to that young girl , this breaks my heart. parents need to start holding their children accountable for their actions because this is how they turn out when they don’t think theirs consequences to their actions. really sad that a 14 year old is capable of doing this and making up a fake scenario. the world today scares me.
Hate to say it, but the nonchalant attitude of that entire household (specifically with guns laying around, disregard for the job law enforcement has to do, the way the kid speaks to his parents, and how quickly he fabricates a total lie) tells me the sister wasn't on the path to leading a good life, either. It's a shame she had to die, but this is a perfect example of how some people should never procreate to begin with. And I suspect they are a product of poor parenting, as well, meaning their own parents should not have had children, either.
Disgusting parents! No empathy. I would be sick to my stomach and inconsolable if my child did this. I’m sorry to the parents of the young girl that died 💔
Same thing I said I would of lost it if my child did this. I seen a video where a drunk driver crashed killing someone else. The drunk drivers parents show up to the wreck and the mom breaks down knowing her son killed someone. This dad is a real pos asking how long its going to take like wtf?
Released to “live” with his grandparents! WTF!?! It’s a shame that there are that many people who show so little respect and empathy for others. The son is a direct reflection of his father, neither showed an ounce of integrity and character. They should both be ashamed and in jail. I feel terrible for the young girl who lost her life and to her parents.
Exactly? Released on what grounds? He literally said "they have nothing on me" in the car. He has no remorse yet was afforded leniency and allowed to be released. Absolute spit in the face of the parents of the girl and also a broken promise from the officer when he said he would do "the darnest" to help that father with closure.

Exactly this - you know that he just wants to stay with her because of course he does but the cops know they need him to back away for everyone’s sake

It is so sad to see the young middle schoolers/high schoolers completely incapable of walking away from the slightest of things and going right to lethal aggressive actions. Parents need to stop thinking it won't happen to us and start taking preventative measures and start holding their kids responsible for their actions at a young age and maybe we will start to see less of this someday.
From the witness accounts, he did it for no reason. There was nothing to walk away from, everyone was having fun until he decided to murder someone
Well, with the examples these kids now get to be offended by words and words being “violence”, and to be offended by EVERYTHING, no wonder they’re confused.

Sending love to her family and friends.. I feel horrible for them. I feel horrible for the friends that were with her. I can’t imagine how traumatic it was to watch this situation happen. I hope they get justice.
I hope the kid gets charged as an adult. I can’t believe he fabricated a story. The way his parents acted is just ridiculously disgusting, having their own child and having no remorse or even any empathy for the girl and her now grieving family is just so revolting. No remorse… that poor girl had so much ahead of her and in an instant she was holding onto life and then gone.

I think that any good parent would try to protect their child given the circumstances. The father did the right thing by calling a lawyer and telling his kid not to speak with them, but it sounds like the evidence against him is overwhelming anyway.
@Sniperboy5551 The worthless POS calling a lawyer is NOT the part people have a problem with. Of course, you call a lawyer. I don’t think all of “the kids” tried to cover anything up. To me, it sounds like just the boy who shot her tried to cover up & get them to help. 😢😢 The other 2 kids present talked to the cops immediately, on scene, & told the truth. Hey the public wants guns, they should see the consequences. This is what guns cause. Guns weren’t invented to protect, they were invented to kill. BODY ARMOR is to protect, a SHIELD is for protection. Calling a gun a means of protection is like calling a katana a means of protection in the samurai age; except japan was smart enough back then to RESPECT the fact that those were tools for killing. Placing limits on child bearing is unconstitutional and so is this New Mexico law they're charging the dad under. Rights and freedoms are directly at odds with peace and safety. You can't have all of it.
