my research into CEC isn't very extensive, but are these animatronics on this stage built off of RAE mechs or are they different? i noticed they all seem different and munch is obviously got a completely different design. but are they still using old RAE mechs?

They are original Pizza Time Theatre animatronics from the 70s. These specifically were made in the late 80s or early 90s. RAE (or Concept Unification) animatronics are completely different.
