Madam, please dont mistake, it's my humble suggestion, It took nearly 10 years for me to learn how to make proper dosas.the problem why your dosa got damaged was because the batter was a bit more fluid, it should have been a bit thicker and you didn't spread it evenly with a flat cup. This is a bit dangerous to handle because it doesn't have handle, instead buya tawwa with a wooden handle and keep moving the tawa so that it cooks evenly, spread oil with a flat spatula.

Sis it is good only,but buy the model with the edges , because in this oil is flowing in the sides,but it is very heavy to handle,for every day use it is not user friendly, after using more than 3 years i felt like this,buy little lighter than this

S s bro/sis,what you are telling is right,in this flat dosa tawa the oil will flow out in the edges of tawa so we should be careful in pouring oil,but for this case little curved tawa is good, but for the purpose of rawa dosa and paper roast this will be the best,so we can pour oil over the dosa insted on the edges

@@mrashmi0215 Thandavalam literally means Railway track. However what I heard (not sure) is that this is made of Cast Iron which may have no relevance to its name because railway tracks are made of Iron alloy

Don't buy from them they are big frauds they will send damaged item and then ask you only to pay for return shipping charges so you will have pay twice for their "mistake".So you will end up paying more than double the product price.So some people give up after fighting and keep damaged item after paying full money+ high shipping charge.They have have been using this cheap trick for many customers now.
All positive comments are fake done by his staff.
We believed it and got cheated now stuck with cheap broken product after paying full money.
He won't even send proper bill inspite of asking thousand times and most of all they won't respect you if you complain they talk very cheaply becareful.
That Person(sikkander store owner) on camera speaks so innocently but his language and attitude is very different on phone. He speaks cheaply and threateningly especially with ladies.

Don't buy from Sikkander Store madurai. He is cheating people my relatives also got cheated he shouted at them, insulted them when they asked for replacement of damaged item he sent. He is deleting my comments from his videos. Some youtubers who are promoting him are also deleting my comments. Be careful don't lose money to this fraud he is not innocent and honest like he looks and speaks.
