If it was Tasmanian registration you could just pay it online and keep driving. No pink slip or whatever colour they are. No mechanical check needed and half the price 👌

Thankyou for sharing your enjoyable videos on Tassie. We are planning to go next year (for around 3 months) & you have given us some great additional places to visit. What equipment do you use to capture your fantastic videos?

Enjoy Tassie mate! We used a Gopro10 for filming, and a basic DJI Mavic Mini for our drone

Did you go to Hogarth Falls while you were in Strahan? Beautiful forest pathway leading to the falls.....
You go there during the day for the waterfalls.....but you go back at night for the glowworms lining the forest pathway.....

What book of road maps and points of interest information do you use?

Hi Barbara, we have a HEMA map of Australia and also every state as we find it easier to plan looking at the big maps. We also use WikiCamps for points of interest, water, dump points, free camps, caravan parks, and station stays too. Travelling Australia Facebook groups are also a great way to see other people’s posts about places to see. Talk to other travellers we’ve learnt about so many cool places through other people we’ve met on the road.
