The lecture was good. But I needed half site reactivity, Flip flop mechanism, positive and negative cooperativity with special reference to aspartate transcarbamolylase plz explain those topics in your next video
lovely lectures, though i noticed that it would be much better if you add K,V class explanation additionally into allosteric enzyme kinetics lecture :) think i will donate you in the end of the semester. really meant a lot to me :), plus in my opinion, it wouldn't be such big disturbance even if you obtain money through ads on the front of your vids.
Hi there, thanks for the clear explanations! How would i mathematically derive Km and Vmax using the cooperativity/MWC model. I have rate of reaction data but don't know how to apply the MWC equation to find my parameters. Thanks Elena
Your explanation is so clear and amazing, so lucky to those who can be your students. You're a great teacher.
I just want to say thank you! Years later, I am taking this class and your videos are coming through! They help me a lot!
You are doing a great job.Honestly i really like your presentations.
you can't get more precise than this ! THANK YOU
Thank you for doing what you do. These are excellent biochemistry lessons.
You’re amazing, you deserve much more likes and views!

THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE OH MY GOD
THANK YOU This is what i needed!
sir u r the medicine fo me in biochemistry.... thanks a lot...😊😊😊
Again : THANK YOU !!!!!
You are the sir

Wouldn't you use the Lineweaver-Burk plot to derive Km and Vmax?
thanks :)
