Hey Moran. I love that you are making these videos. I listen to your talk with Robby then binge watched all your videos! Great content. One day, I'm going to go to the castle just for the experience. My first obstacle is picking an industry and building my credit so banks will work with me. But I'm confident! Thanks again for sharing.

I would love to learn more on the Growth part. I think most people will not pursuit this excellent way of freeing their life because they won't know what to do once they own the company, how do they grow it to the point of exit? I'm one of them. I would love to do 1-2 deals to get me going and than do this full time like you in the future :) . Thanks a lot for the valuable content you are sharing.

Thank you Moran for these awesome videos. Am from the UK and I have been following your teaching for long now. I recently found a highly profitable boring business for sale. After negotiations, I offered the seller 25% down payment and rest over 2 years. Refused. And I lost the opportunity swiftly. Please I need your mentorship. We could do deals within the United Kingdom.

@@MoranPober1 the company has been in existence for over 40years and was a retirement sale. It is involved in the can sheet metal decorating business with patents to protect revenues. Very lean costs structure. Ownership of the company was 50/50 between husband and wife.
When I made the offer, husband said he would get back to me on it after consulting the wife but returned back to with a "No". They just wanted pure sale and go into retirement. Changed the offer a bit, still did not work. Business has been sold now.
      Sales average of like $790k/year
      Net $270k/year (3 year average)
One other global competitor in Italy.
      2/3 revenue from export
      Has patents
Big opportunities to expand the market to Asia, Africa, South America and others.
It's hard to get asset finance( price to net asset value I offered was about 2.5) and to finance the good will and net asset value was difficult for me.
How am I supposed to do that?
