He likely got the going rate for a motion capture performer and then on top of that got paid royalties for his character being in the game. But I doubt they paid him a ton of money for the motion capture work he did for other wrestlers.
How could WWE not give him a major push, he's mega over, charismatic, cuts great promos, everyone's chanting his name in other promotions, sells tons of merch, and he does the entrances in the 2k games, the list goes on and on
