I was an adult. Our tour group was at the Western Wall. They decided to leave. I was left behind. At least, when we went somewhere a head count was conducted before the bus left. Someone came back for me. Israel is not a place you want to aimlessly wandering around
Evidently, I had responsible instructors. Nothing bad ever happened to any student on the trips I went on. Interesting note, one year we went to Bethune Cook man College. What was she a slave or just a POC. That there is an education on its own. And a nonprejudice teacher
the hooters trip
The field trip to Hooters is probably the least "horribly wrong" field trip on this list when compared to everything else on this list. It was lunch time and they were probably looking for someplace nearby to eat.
And hooters isn’t even provocative imo. You see way more skin going to the beach and no one seems to care …
On the bright side, it'll be school field trips the students will never forget
I will never forget when in college there was gonna be a trip to watch the polar express at Christmas time at the imax cinema with the massive screens - but the trip was cancelled because the trains were not running
I remember being in the high school orchestra and we were traveling to different elementary schools in our county. We were halfway to another elementary school when we discovered that one of the kids got left behind at the last elementary school we performed at! The bus had to turn around and go back to pick up the kid. Fortunately, the kid was alright, and nobody got in trouble.
The clips from the Simpsons and from Arthur is the perfect touch!
When I was around 8 or 10, me and my classmates went on a school plane trip to Québec that lasted for a week. Although it was a beautiful place, I mostly remember getting lost from the group admiring the scenery and gift shops while taking photos. When I turned around, not a single one of my classmates was visible. I was looking around crying and terrified of the situation I had found myself in while they left without me. For what felt like hours, I didn't reunited with the group until one of the teaching assistants found me. They all went to the bus stop to do a headcount before driving to our next destination, but the teacher didn't notice I wasn't there. Considering I was the quietest child in the group, I guess it was natural for them to assume I was with them. As soon as they noticed that I didn't rise my hand during name calling, one of the teachers rushed out to find me. If they didn't do name calling I could've been left alone in Québec City for god knows how long. There were many strangers who wanted to help, but some of them only spoke French and due to my autism, I was not able to understand or talk to them. Still it was a memorable trip.
A field trip to Hooters would be tthe best
Quite a satisfying narration done by Ryan as always, especially in this video. In regards on some ideas for the next possible videos in the future, here it is:
1. Top 10 Most Powerful Disney Heroes.
Examples: Hercules from Disney's Hercules, Ralph from Wreck-It Ralph, and Genie from Disney's Aladdin.
2. Top 10 Times Movie Villians Faced Justice.
Examples: Prince John from Disney's Robin Hood, Loki from The Avengers, and Taylor 'The Twister' Miller from Ip Man 2.
3. Top 10 Fates Worst Then Death in Cartoon Christmas Specials.
Examples: Wishing for Christmas Every Year from The Fairlyodd Parents, Permanent Naughty Plaque from The Powerpuff Girls: 'Twas the Fight Before Christmas', and Becoming Santa Claus from The Cuphead Show.
4. Top 10 Dangerous Foes Goku Has Faced.
Examples: King Piccolo, Goku Black & Zamasu, and Frieza.
Anyways, a very excellent video right there, and hopefully you have a great day today.✌️👍
Imagine going too hooters for school 😂😂
I know right so unfair when i was at school we only git ti go resentials to this place that was just an hour away
That Would Be A Funny Day
Horton see's a Hooters.
For real 😂
I'm suprised the perents are ok with it and didn't sue the school that took them there
Hooters trip?
They're already living in the dream
Hooters for a field trip😂😂😂
Wish I went there for a school trip!
"There's a pack of Boy Scouts coming!" on a nudist beach feels like 'code' for something, but i don''t know what. Thankfully.
lets hope thats a code that will forever remain hidden
If you are in charge of school students and you go on a school trip with them, this videos shows that you could fail you're school trip, also, good video.
One time at band camp...
8:33 my Explorer Scout unit would do this intentionally 😂
I’m familiar with #2, I’ve heard about that stupid reenactment.
I heard once that a Boy Scout troop accidentally booked a trip to a nude beach once. The parents were really upset with it
Did you hear it in this video? Cause it’s there.
The thumbnail is on point
Probably every young boy’s reaction seeing that for the first time
The boys' secondary school I attended in Melbourne, Australia, provided an annual 16 day coach and camping tour to Central Australia for boys in the 13-15 age band. In the 1973 trip, which I took part in, there were a couple of episodes of unplanned excitement.
On the first night's stopover, some of the boys found a liquor store that didn't do responsible service of alcohol, got themselves tanked and behaved very performatively. There was apparently a photo taken of one of them having his wicked way with a tree in the nearby park. The supervising teachers took a very dim view of the affair and read us all the riot act the next day.
Secondly, in the weeks prior to the tour there were unusually heavy rains in the South Australian outback, which is usually very arid. This meant we were treated to the unusual sight of Kati Thanda (Lake Eyre) full of water. It also meant that the (usually dry) creek beds in the area were turned into quagmires. The dirt roads we were travelling on crossed sixteen of these creek beds over two days of the trip, and the coach became bogged to the axles at all sixteen crossings. We therefore had to get out of the coach, dig the wheels out of the mud with our bare hands, then all get behind and beside the coach to push while the driver attempted to drive it out of the mire. Fortunately, we succeeded on all sixteen occasions and eventually completed the trip without losing anybody!
The background music gives me chills
Yeah no idea why it’s so creepy 🤣🤣
Going to Hooters would be a school trip gone right
Hooters field trip? Sign me up!
I couldn't stop laughing at #19. The sleepy driver steps in, sits on the drivers seat to start the engine and stuff; suddenly, there is a child standing silently behind him.
*camara cuts to outside of the bus* You hear a loud scream. 🤣
The teacher in #4 needs to be banned from teaching for life. I've been on several school-sanctioned trips, and all of the ones on this list are outcomes that never happened. In fact, they all ended with me either back at school or going home after getting signed out by a relative with no issues.
Me: How bad could it be.
WM: ...7 students came back pregnant.
Me: Hol up!
When I was in elementary school, my class took a field trip to a farming. We had stick our hands in a cows stomach, then they showed us lungs from different animals. 3 kids passed out, one fell on the cow lungs, and brought down the entire display. It was an awesome disaster.
When I was a Junior in high school, I was in choir and we were invited to sing at Carnegie Hall in NYC. So we had many activities planned including walking around Times Square. While we walked through, some guy comes up to our group, opens his jacket and asks us if we wanted to buy some watches. Thought that stuff only happened in TV.....oh! And another dude had a sign saying "Will perform for weed". This was about 10 years ago (2013).
The waitresses at Hooters dont show a ton of cleavage they just wear tight tshirts that completely covers them and its a family restaurant who cares if a class trip stops there?
Amazing video watch mojo of horrible school trips that gone wrong, fantastic job.
Out of any negative experiences I've had happen to me during field trips... I've barely had any. The only thing I could recall was that once, on a high school trip (very late 2000s/early 2010s), we were in Boston, MA for a choir/band trip, and I was getting candy or soda from some nearby small stand. The person who was there randomly asked me out of the blue if I was interested in buying cigarettes.
I still have no clue why she asked, especially since I never smoke - and I certainly never smoked when I was around 15-17. 🤨
Now that's Comedy 😂
Hooters that would be a good field trip
😅
@@bumbleyellowyeah you would learn a lot 😏
This is brilliant @WatchMojo I was teaching at the school where the pupils refused to wear suncream when it happened, parents tried to claim it was the schools fault to the newspapers, soon had to eat humble pie!
I went on the wrong field trip.
On number 20. Even if the students didn’t bring sunscreen, the teachers still should have bought some extra sunscreen just in case
There was plenty of sunscreen to be used those kids just didn't want to use it
I'm just reeling over the parents that tried to blame the school for their children being stupid.
Unless the school was going to pay for that extra sunscreen (which they wont), the parents should’ve made sure their kids had it and used it. Teachers can’t force the kids to put it on. The issue wasnt that they didn’t have enough, the issue was the bratty kids didn’t listen.
I went on a high school field trip to Kentucky Kingdom. We smoked weed on the bus all the way there and back. It was fun!
Makes me glad my school only goes to the gas station and we get snacks from them too
2:50 What teacher climbs a mountain withhhhhh children... WITHOUT A PHONE THEMSLEVES?????
You didn’t even mention the school took kids to a restaurant that turned out to be a nightclub that had pole dancers! And there was also a teacher that took elementary school kids to a drag queen bar that had no permission slips from parents, the school allowed a bunch of creepers, this is why parents should go to these field trips, to make sure the school doesn’t get in trouble!
Is it weird that number 16 makes me feel envious?
Out of all of the school 🏫 field trips I’ve been on, they were all fantastic.
What was your favourite one you went on?
One field trip I remember in 6th grade was when I went to a water park in Fresno, California which is not only on the same day as my brother's 8th grade trip but his field trip was even the same water park
@@therunawaykid6523 The 6th grade, we went sailing ⛵️ across the Chesapeake Bay.
Speaking from the uk. I had 2 school trips of note. Ardeche in france where we kayaked a river section through a nude beach. Secondly, and im not making this up, they took us to amsterdam AND we had 4 free hours. As tou can imagine, alcohol, edibles, strip clubs and porn were enjoyed by about half of us
Wowwww this is pretty awesome!
Speaking from the US. I'm jealous.
Honorable mention goes to a shipwreck incident from South Korea.
This incident involves a huge number of High school students and teachers from South Korea. They were taking a ship to another place for their field trip, but on their way, they were shipwrecked and while some students and teachers were able to survive, everyone else on the other hand were drowned. But for a terrible side, all the crew members on that ship escaped leaving all the students and teachers on a ship
Y'all's clips from shows were on point 😂
I never really had a bad trip while in school, but some things did happen during those trips. My junior year of high school I was traveling to florida with the marching band for a parade at disney. We stopped somewhere in georgia I think to get some dinner at a local mall. Roughly an hour into the excursion my friends and I, who were just outside a sweets shop, began to hear the chaperones shouting for us to return to the busses. Apparently two of the boys in the band decided it was a good idea to steal $500 dollars worth of sunglasses. My band director paid for them out of his own pocket because the boys lost the glasses before they were caught, and they were both sent home on a plane before we ever reached disney. We were stuck in the parking lot of that mall for nearly 3 hours, and didn't make it to our hotel until 3 in the morning.
Some of these are absolutely hilarious to me
When someone opened a butter flavored chips inside the bus.
Worst trip ever! 😂
Ryan is the ONLY acceptable narrator over the Mojo Lady!
Indeed, he is. Hence why I always enjoy Ryan's narration in most of the videos he did.
For some videos. I like the Mojo Lady too.
In 7th grade we went on a series of places, cant remember if it was all in one day or multiple days, anyway we climbed a rocky hill right off of the highway to collect rocks, i think it was for science class, but looking back it was definitely going too far for 12-13 year olds, someone could've gotten hurt and i think our parents had to sign waivers for us
Going to hooters in high school would be Awesome!
Top 20 Times Teachers face Justice
In elementary school we went to the town park and couldn't bring sunscreen or bugspray because of the drug facts on the bottles wtf
Jeeze, I guess if it didn’t happen in real life no one would ever believe it in most of these cases!
The worst school trip I had ever been on was in the 6th grade (1999). My class spent the night at a place called Old Fort William, and we spent our time reinecting as French Voyagers. There were some fun moments, like axe throwing and canoeing, but there were also some unpleasant experiences. The lesser of the 2 experiences was that myself along with 4 other kids were not given dessert that was brought in by the parents because parental volunteers were served before the kids, and they ran out, which was annoying more than anything. However, there is a more traumatic experience that was a results of this trip for in particular. The trip took place at the end of the school year (June with temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius). We had to stay in full Voyager costume including heavy overcoats. I ended up developing heat stroke, and when we got back to school, my complaints of fever and dizziness were not taken seriously, and was basically voluntold to take part it in a soccer game, and I collapsed while running for the ball. I then went home on the bus, and fortunatley was able to be cooled down before I sustained any serious complications.
In June 2014. I was in 6th grade when we were going to Valley Trails in Tarzana California. The worst part about the trip was that it was in 100+ degree weather with hardly any shade and it was an all day field trip from 6 am to 8 pm. Even the parents and schools were advised to not let the kids out in the triple degree weather. But the school ignored it. The water was very warm and i hardly could eat anything. That was the worst field trip I've been on. I ended up having the worst migraine of my life at only 12 years old. I'm 21 now and I still think I should've sued the school for it.
The school couldn't have let the field trip happen knowing how hot the weather would be, you parents and classmate parents should have sue the school
@@melissagrant4178 that's what I said! But it was 9 years ago now...
@@officialbrdillindid the school or teacher get in trouble
SCHOOL TRIPS SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS
@@melissagrant4178 nothing happened with the school. Smh
Moral of the the story…. UK schools shouldn’t organise school trips
I’m from Connecticut, when I was in middle school in 2002, we went to Natures Classroom and the Underground Railroad they did was something they had us do. It wasn’t until the 3rd night they had us do it. I forget what month it was but it was in Winter and there was snow on the ground. When we asked for blankets to keep us warm we were told we couldn’t have them because blankets weren’t available to slaves, they said what we would experience would be as close to it as they could get without being cruel to us. I remember then, my classmates who are POC, said how racist it was.
A field trip to to the morgue? Oh wow…
I remember a school trip to Prauge and can none of the common speaked languages there. I went to a restroom at the same time as some classmates and was slower than the other kids. And suddenly I was forgotten and completely alone in a country I could nothing about and could not speak the language. Luckily I succeded to find some American tourist after some time who helped me, and the only thing my teacher said after al of that was ”sorry, I forgot you”. Well… fun…
When I was in grade 8 my school took us all on and out of province trip for a week. We eneded up at hooters for a meal that week 😂
well then in my option, its the students fault for getting the sunburned blisters for not listening
5 happened in my home state
Love your content guys 😊😊😊😊
My parents accidentally took me to Blacks beach when I was a kid once.
I'm eighth grade i went on a school trip for high scoring students. It was to a ghetto beach in South LA. The ground was mostly jagged rocks, not sand. The water was filthy. To this day, i don't know if it was a punishment or a reward.
Did your teachers or staff get in trouble for taking you and your classmates to South LA?
What's wrong with Walmart?.... seriously boys and girls like different movies.
There is no adult section in Sainsbury's lol or any other UK supermarket for that matter.
#6, I remember this story. Watchmojo cuts off at the "there was an investigation" but the conclusion was dark. The pregnancy was caused by the father.
How did they not know she was pregnant?
#16
That is funny I can see it in à comedy shows
Worst Summer Camp Trip, (all my school trips were okay enough), for me, had to be going to Devil's Lake, Wisconsin, on Friday the 13th, we were given the option of rock-climbing and I had a weird hunch and chose not to. It was a smart choice on my part - the one girl that was already afraid of spiders got completely swarmed by spiders while half-way up the center area of the rock-face. Like a literal head-to-toe swarming of spiders that crawled over her to a different sector of the area.. She ended up freaking the heck out, getting tangled up in the rock-climbing equipment, and screamed for the entire hour to hour and a half it took to get her down. The girl accidentally had stuck her hand right in a spider nesting spot, which is what caused the swarming.
Yeah, this is why I don't rock-climb. It's a 1000% "F**k No" for me. I wouldn't be surprised if she developed a full-on phobia and needed a ton of therapy after that.
The other reasons this trip was terrible is: the water surrounding the area was super-cold despite being the middle of summer, and we had to camp in a booming thunderstorm that night, in tents. I get that we set up the tents but come on move the campers into other sleeping options at that point! At least, we caught the ferry back to the other section of Wisconsin so we could go home the next day.
I remember when I was in 10 grade my band group had just qualified for State we sadly didn’t make it to the Semifinals but instead went to a mall and were allowed to go to any restaurant we could for like an hour or 2 problem every restaurant had a really long wait except Hooters so a group of us went in there and saw like 5 other band groups in there and just ate our food and left
I would watch the spelling bee movie and the other at home, but I get it. 🤣 War movies can be such a snooze
The field trip at Hooters was a bad idea, but the teenage girls at river rafting were much worse.
1:00 Pastely white skin is indeed a good grillin target
My worst school trip was to a mortuary.
Some School Trips When Bad but Jamaican School Trips when perfect.
Why are majority of these from England 😂. Ngl I got left in a different county after a netball match by my English secondary school
How is a trip to Sainsbury’s (a supermarket) educational?
The kids in the trunk were being taught how to survive a carjacking
The teacher that brought the 8th graders to Hooters is the GOAT
And as far as that least one goes...i had a classmate pass away before graduation. If i heard that that had happened to him and his brain i would have been pissed. He wasn't even one of my friends but we were cool. I cant imagine what it would have been like for his family and friends if the boy that actually happened to. Omg that's horrible
Only americans can be this indignant....thought the class trapped in cave for several days would have made this list...but oh no, we have to have a scout trip going through a nude beach...oh no...what should we dooo?
ok the brain thing really was the worst. i did noot expect that.
They forgot about the nature trip where the bus parked on a hive of killer bees without realizing. The bees swarmed the bus as they got off, and several students were hospitalized.
I know that Hooters. It's at the Light Street Pavilion. 😅
What else happened in number 6?
The sunscreen nonsense so dumb. No one’s fault but those kids. You were told to apply it you didn’t listen. Something similar happened to my brother in law. His mom was pissed I shrugged it off he wasn’t a little kid he was a teenager who was being a jerk and didn’t want to listen.
I must say, some of the "trips gone horrible wrong" show also the difference in culture. I mean, boy scouts walking by (as in simply passing) a nude beach? So what?😲 It is not as if they where forced to stay their or had to undress themsefls, they simply passed by.
In some euopean countries this would not even raise an eyebrow (or at least it was so in my youth)...
I found this "reenactment" of the Underground Railoroad fare more disturbing. Such a tasteless mook up can never reveal the true horror and is kicking the true victims in the face.
It is like some teacher I heard who asked the guide at a memorial site of the Concentration Camp Buchenwald, if the students could not be run down the "Karachoweg" (on which in reality the inmates were brutally chased towards the camp while being brutalized and beaten). The guide said no and asked if the teachers did intent to beat the kids with a stick or a whip as the KZ inmates were...
16:21 Holy Shit, you would need to be C-3PO to calculate the odds of that actually happening!
Im in Pittsburgh too 😮
How about the Cairngorm Plateau trip that cost 6 students their lives?
The Hooters one doesn't really sound that bad compared to the other ones. But honestly, the childbirth one is definitely the absolute worst of these in my opinion. Nobody, and I mean absolutely NO ONE, who is a minor should EVER become pregnant, especially not if she isn't even a teenager yet. I think that it's an abomination against both nature and society, and it's even worse than a mother having to bury her child. I also have a severe case of PTSD associated with childbirth because of an extremely traumatic experience I had when I was only nine. I would much rather watch Happy Tree Friends than watch anything even remotely having to do with childbirth.
Seven school girls return from Bosnia all pregnant, and the powers that be blame the parents?! WTF?!
Blame the parents and the teachers
Holy crap... I know Jesse... I remember this story...
The grocery store field trip is easily considered an "illegal" field trip because the teacher knowingly left school grounds in the _middle_ of the day without administrators knowing and without permission slips. Imagine if in high school you found out that one of the teachers was missing because he/she left the building in the middle of the day without telling the administration. That teacher would be fired for AWOL (absent without leave)
My freshman year in high school one of my teacher teachelly went missing
#20 is a complete joke. My 15 y.o kid would come home from a school visit to a water park sunburned, no mather how BAD it is, the kid is 15 y.o. He knows well enough the consequences of not putting sunscreen. A reminder at the start of the day is indeed enough, if he doesn't do it, it's no one else's fault but him. He is 15, not 2 !
None of my Field Trips went wrong but I did not like some of them
7:26 😮
...Since when did Sainsbury's have an Adult section?
My opinion of this list: WHAT THE SHIT😱😱😱😱😱😱
