Great video, Mike! Lots of value for your viewers. I was afraid that you weren't going to share how much you charge for this service but you came through with the pricing in a big way at the end. Thanks so much for sharing this offer!
Some good tips here Mike. I just build out my own templates based on best practices for conversion optimization that use custom values so I can bang out sites ultra quickly. One question I had was around charging a fee for the customer if they want to discontinue paying for your hosting. I know that HL offers Wordpress hosting so that is easy enough there (I don't plan on using WP) but for building sites using HL's page builder, is it even possible to export HL sites? The only option that I'm aware of is exporting to another HL agency.
It's easy if they buy the $97 GHL plan, but otherwise not. Changing from GHL to WordPress leads to a complete rebuild of the website, hence the customer has to pay twice. So in my opinion there is a risk of legal problems down the road because of that. Building with a WordPress page builder would eliminate this problem easily, but adds slightly more complexity. Also don't forget, that we have waaay more people who are familiar with WP than GHL websites.
Awesome video Mike, thanks for the value! Would you consider this business model Website + SaaS or MSP or is it basically the same thing just different names?
I think it depends on what else you end up packaging with the website. If it's website + SaaS, then it's really just them using the software and getting a website for signing up. If you are helping to manage other aspects of their marketing by putting more complete campaigns, funnels, etc in place - I'd consider it MSP.

Above my pay grade on how to do it...you may just have to have someone manually copy the HTML of each page.

Thanks and nice video Mike! I didn’t know it is possible to package the website files and export them out of GHL tho, is this indeed true?
How exactly you do that is above my pay grade, but every page created is html, so a person that knows websites can extract it.
@@MikeCoochTH-cam I didn't know that was possible either. I'll have to look into it.
