as a European (Italian) I love this floor plan, you managed to get two living rooms, one a more intimate in front of the fireplace dedicated to conversation, perhaps sipping a good brandy, and the second with a large L-shaped sofa, in front of a large TV of at least 65", and all without taking up space in a large dining room that can accommodate a table with 10 seats.
Congratulations to the creator of the floor plan who also thought about the needs of Europeans.

Nice floor plan except I'd flip the laundry with the mud room. The mud room should be accessed directly on the side exterior door. Well done.

First thing I notice,is the outer door would be better placed to the side and the two windows placed side by side on the fireplace side. That would give better furniture place,ent for the living room, and allow for a designated walk way into the home. That s just m humble opinion, but otherwise, a really great floor plan.

Love the floor plan. I would only change 3 things maybe 4. 1: I do not like the pantry in the corners of the kitchen, 2: reduce the size by 35% and 3 must have a large garage and 4: location. Unfortunately we live on the East Coast.
