  • Here's a step-by-step demonstration video on how to correctly assemble the Destination E model HR4500.
    The Destination E for Electric Bikes is our new hitch bike rack designed specifically to carry electric bikes with any sized tire up to 4.5" wide. This new bike rack has a sleek and modern design and can carry up to two 70lb electric bikes or standard bikes. It includes an expandable aluminum ramp so you can load and unload your bikes easily. The Destination E hitch-mounted bike rack can fold flat against the car when not in use and can be tilted away from the vehicle for easy trunk access, even when bikes are loaded.
    Other features include movable, keyed-alike locking frame and seat post clamps, ideal for unusual bike geometries as well as our No Wobble-No Tools Hitch Tightening System.

    Yeah I ended up just ordering a master lock version with the lock outward. Should come with this $600 rack.

    Do you make a rack suitable for a European or UK 2"(50mm) towball. Towbars here in UK don't look like the one on your video.

    I don’t understand how you’re supposed to use the lock for the pin on my Tesla model y. There is not enough space to insert the pin the lock and the key… the lock should be configured to accept the key at a 90 degree angle. Thoughtless locking design… the video shows a Tesla model y but doesn’t show how they got the lock to work.

      I ran into the same problem with my model Y and this rack. I contacted Hollywood Racks and they sent me a locking pin and lock that pointed out at a 90° angle just as you describe. I agree that having a Tesla in the demo video that seems to work makes this a confusing discovery when you’re opening and installing your own rack.
