I know people had issues with this season, even bigger ones that S4, but I really loved Nora and the dynamic she brought into the show. And her final goodbye message to Barry and Iris got me genuinely emotional at the time.
Jessica Parker Kennedy played her fantastically!
I love Nora's Rewinding power. That's pretty cool. Nora was a good addition and was one of the few things that kept me watching season 5.
I personally like Nora and season five. Specially, because of the relationship between Berry and Nora. And I really really like the scene when Nora goes in the past with Barry to see his parents. For me personally, it’s one of the two best scenes for me in the whole show

I think Nora had potential I just wish they didn't treat her like she was a kid. I know she's their daughter, but she's also an adult treating her like a kid is disrespectful imo.
Not everyone matures at the same rate. If she's a speeder and is born one maybe the side effects is she takes longer mature due to lack of experience. Barry is a created speedster she's a natural born one. Plus she has tons of emotions so it makes sense she's a kid naturally every child's dream is to have powers and be a hero so she makes a lot of sense why they made her that way.
Is no one gonna talk about how nora lost her yellow lightning trail in season 9?
S5 Timeline Nora was an only child because Barry disappeared, which made he have two lightning colours. S7 to S9 Nora had only purple lighting due to that timeline Barry survives and has two children, one with yellow (Bart) and one with purple (Nora).

Nora was annoying, disrespectful and reckless. No matter what instead she was given, she would do the exact opposite and was always “sorry”, never matured or stopped setting the team up for failure.
Well duh she's a kid who's overly excited to have a superhero Dad. What would you have done ? She adores someone who was never around she needed her dad to guide her.
Nora weak powers disproportionate to other speedsters.
