How many chances do you need but there again security guards not very intelligent people are they. Minimum wage they don't even deserve that. £4.50 per hour if even that.

Hi I did my exam a few months back but I did it three times as I kept failing on three questions on the third attempt I did my exam I toldthem I done this one before and they never took any notice then a few days later they rang me up to tell me I’ve already done the exam which I told them so I’ve pulled out Because I was a little bit pissed off they did give me the opportunity to do it but I pulled out Because I done that they said they can’t help me no more Can I do the exam without sitting in the classroom again Preferably with somebody else.
The practice tests / Mock test are misleading as the real exam features a higher level of vocabulary, longer questions and answers, and more challenging options that are hard to distinguish between.
These mock exams are designed to give you an insight into what to expect on the exam. The questions are not exactly the same but they are very similar to what you will be asked.

@@ShahzadAli the things with SIA its terminology and if u not proper English its har to understand all words correctly, when we do mock test its allow us to understand more dipper and quicker. Coz people who do mock test feel more confident, and when u see on your exam exactly different questions its put us in dead end

I agree, there is a possibility you could be correct. Approach the ombudsman in your country and remember to do a review on their trustpilot platform.
The actual test is all verbally read rightable everything we Ben practice is all time wasted..
