Ruffle Like a Queen

This is a ribbon tutorial for ruffling ribbon to use as a backer for homecoming mums. In this tutorial I tell you how Elizabeth Cleaver came about creating the Cleaver Ruffle. Then I'll show you how to make it and apply it to your mum backer in various fashions. It's a simple and timeless option to add to your Homecoming Mum!
