Doctor Bosconovitch was always the absolute hardest character to fight in the entire history of Tekken, because he plays entirely differently to everyone else. Mostly, he lies on the floor, making it very difficult to hit him, and you have to change up your entire style of gameplay to have a chance at beating him. None of your normal combos work. They just whiff.
So if you didn't know Dr.bosconovitch has a sickness that can only be cured by the strange Aztec alien's blood this figure is also know as ogre. The reason you see Yoshimitsu there is because that is simply his friend for giving Yoshimitsu mechanical arms.
I always thought that he was a cybernetics professor that saved Brien Fury, wich was his most suscessfull work (too sucsessfull, in fact) and conducted some experiments on himself, not so sucsessfull, as implyed by his animations.
Dr B. seems like he was made on a Friday afternoon with an hour of work left and the programmer was getting ready to go on vacation, so he just programmed in whatever the hell he felt like.
1:40 That move right there used on enemy, me and my friend were laughing when we were kids. We were doing to each other that we couldn't even breathe from laughing so hard. It was hilarious. That one, dancing, floor jumping and bad breath moves are golden on this character.
Me and my siblings loved Tekken 3 much. I remeber playing for hours. We got so addicted that we accidently unlocked Doctor B. He was the final boss in Tekken Force. It took us several tries before beating him. Good times. 😊
@@justinegargollo No, not really. Mokujin only gets an identical moveset from 1 character per round, while Dr. B has a bunch of moves from several characters jumbled up into 1 moveset. If anything, he's more similar to Ogre, since Ogre has different moves from different characters in his moveset.
Definitely. Not knowing the lore made this surprise; in addition to fighting cyborgs, dinosaurs, demons and the like, a random doctor with a broken moveset really takes the cake. 😂😂
I used to play with this character in Tekken 3, but I've never reliazed how good he could be! And if you think a little more, there's no other character like him (that fight in this position).

@@tiagocardosom You need to play Tekken Force mode and collect 3 keys, after that you'll need to play it once more ( 4th time ) and he will be at the end as Boss fight. That's how you unlock him 😁

He went to the Kazuya school of launching, except he studied hard, got the doctorate and now it's easier for him. It's ss2 into uf2 and the ss2 stun is just as long as Kaz's ws2 so it's outright impossible to mess up.

Well his combat style is just a combination of all the characters attacks which is why they are weird. I saw some of hworang kicks while seeing some heihachi uppercuts. He mixes it up

Nine of the best fighters in the world, plus THE GOD OF FIGHTING, all just got their asses handed to them by a 96-year-old scientist that can barely stand up.
Recently looked into Dr. B and I believe that getting hit in a certain way puts him in True Stance (standing up straight) which gives him access to one of Heihachi's move for his next attack. Necessary damage for accessing the hellsweeps.
I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but it seems that the player uses specific moves against every enemy. For example, against Yoshimitsu he uses the indian stance, against King the wrestling moves etc.
