Hey I just started playing rp luffy a couple weeks ago. I would say it’s matchup dependent. As much as I want to say one or the other, you want to take first from some leaders. Sorry I don’t have more insight!
the deck runs little counter, 1k is very important in later stages of the game, Momo isn't a threat in my opinion. I was considering it the whole time but I preferred to keep the counter

@10:22 your Opponent cheated out the 5c and than Play 9c Whitebeard and than he swung with the 5c Character 😅
Looked Like u didnt pay attention while Talking to KuroTCG and he instantly abbuse this 😢
