  • Hello everyone!
Hope you all are well! I just finished my Costa Rica video, and I definitely will have to come back here as I feel like I missed some spots! Costa Rica is a beautiful country, colorful, great food and almost unparalleled wildlife and nature preserves. I had so much fun, met some amazing people that I ended up traveling with for the biggest portion of my travels here. I also tried to surf for the first time, emphasis on tried lol.
The biggest advice I have for traveling here is rent a car, because all the main bus routes go through San Jose which is the main capital, situated kind of in the middle of the country. Costa Rica is not big and in my opinion there are so many main capitals that have a bad rep and there's still much to see and do, however this is not true for San Jose. Not only is it the most unsafe city in Costa Rica but also there is literally no reason at all, even if you squint really hard, to stay here. So, for the first time ever, my advice for the country is stay away from the main capital. Literally everywhere else is nicer, more beautiful and safer.
That being said, Costa Rica is amazing and I want to go back at some point. Enjoy the video! :)
