I personally have taken this and it gets stored in your fat which is interesting. I've done prolonged water fasting (3+ days) where I get into ketosis and when I urinate it is slightly blue. This could be helpful if you are in need of an antioxidant while extended water fasting.

It's good for the skin but it also will dye the skin blue and it will take a week or two for the color to go away, so don't use too much on your face
