Now these are pretty interesting Dover Impulse lifts. Not only by the floor passing chime, But also by the call button on the first floor. All together this is a pretty interesting lift. :)
This is most likely a mod because of the way the Dover Impulse Panel is mounted with screws in as opposed to the Dover swing-front panels used on Dover elevators installed in the late 70's to the current day ThyssenKrupp models that we have today, though I have seen Dover installations with the screwed in COP such as the Dover (Security) Impulse Glass Elevator at Freehold Raceway Mall which was installed in 1990. And very interesting Otis-soundalike floor passing chime. I’ve also probably seen some Dover elevators with this floor passing chime. Nice find and nice video as always! Keep up the outstanding work!
The camera (iPhone 3GS) I had at the time sucked so... guess it's okay. If you wanna get an idea of that thing's quality, here's a video I filmed at Dollywood on that same trip: th-cam.com/video/e5YWpck2P8k/w-d-xo.html Here's another video that I totally forgot about that I filmed at Disney. This one you can get an idea of how bad it is: th-cam.com/video/27iy3g7JFZY/w-d-xo.html
I would say for sure modded or installed in 1994. That chime is ANNOYING. Normally you would only find it on 90s Dover tractions. I do find the hall stations rather interesting though.

That's what I was thinking
Dinner in the diner... nothing could be finer... than to have your ham and eggs in Carolina...
I think those chimes are made by Dover, as I've heard them on two other elevators.
Yes they are
I have been on those! I filmed a video but something happened and it’s gone.
That's too bad, but cool!
