Can it work with bachmann steam trains alco 2-6-0

Maybe. You would have to check the available space, but if you have the room, then it will certainly fit. Worst case, you can use the TSU-1100 and solder the NMRA 8-pin plug at the end and plug it in. The TSU-1100 should more easily fit into the model if the TSU-2200 version does not.
