  • A few new parts that I have designed for the D1 and D1 Pro.
    1) Honeycomb mounts that slip on the legs. Holds your honeycomb in place.
    2) Laser Head Clamp that makes adjusting the head faster and easier.
    3) Top Wire Management clips to secure air lines and wires.
The latest information on all if these parts will be on the website.

I am definitely getting the riser pieces. After I set up my new honeycomb board I realized how difficult switching between engraving and cutting was going to be. I was trying to figure out how to do it, but I don’t have a 3D printer. Now, thanks to you, I’ve found the solution! Also, my new honeycomb board and the cable get all jammed up dramatically limiting my cutting area. Do your cable clamps work with the D1 Pro?

just ordered the combo kit. do you have anything that would clip on the frame to act as an alignment stop for the "Y' axis? it would only be used with the rotary and would make the swapping out glasses and the alignment faster once the first glass is set. the "X" axis does not be physically moved only the "Y" axis. i'm sure i could just use a clamp and a block but something that could put snapped off and on and slide may be an idea. i know using lightburn this can be done with the software, but i usually use laserbox and am still learning lightburn. just a thought, don't know if anyone else would be interested. i would try to make something but don't have a 3d printer.

Hello Paul, Thank you for the order and they will be going out today!. I have a couple new things coming soon for the rotary. I have a couple sets of jaws that I am working on and oddly enough, a clamp.. lol.. Had the same thought and it will make more sense when you see the jaws. I can whip out a couple dozen cups in no time and only measure once.

I have a set but haven't experimented with them yet. Had my hands full on some other projects lately. We'll see how the weekend plays out. Need to figure out something.
