Hey I have a weird noise coming from mine, (same kit from NICHE as yourself) sounding very similar to this other PW50 sound problem YT vid th-cam.com/video/4GElO7auVcY/w-d-xo.html Let me know if you know what it could be, not sure why its doing it that.
@@richardmagpantay888 How would I go about fixing something like this? Should I take it apart first and inspect the piston and then properly reassemble it. If it does the same thing would should I do?
It's a lot easier to install the piston in the cylinder. Then install it over connecting rod. Nice pw 👌🏼
Thanks for the tip!
Never done this before but I'm trying on mine. Ordered the amazon kit as well. He piston part makes me nervous.
Hey boss I’m looking to upgrade my sons pw50 how is this big bore kit? Also do you have a link for it?

I'll add that its a 1999 PW50 and it ran perfectly on the stock cylinder before the big bore upgrade. Let me know
The piston is hitting the head. Check for up and down play on your crank rod.
