Fact check the Ghanian population. Nigerian is the most Populus black nation in the world with an estimated population of 220M so it extremely unlikely that the Ghanian population is anywhere near 300M as stated in the video but more like 31M.

None of them earn a very modest salary. They treat their central banks and financial aid as their personal bank. I exclude some notable exceptions eg. Ibrahim Traore, Burkina Faso.

Besides, African countries use other countries' currencies to prize their economies instead of theirs just like you are trying to do with this comment. Please, show me any country outside of Africa that prize their economy with African currencies or show me where politicians from other countries outside of Africa come to Africa to buy properties, hide their currencies in Africa's banks, send their children to schools in Africa or come to Africa for medical treatment etc. Africa has been devalued by its political leaders & this is the reality on ground.

I think to be fair the president should never be the top paid but should have half the country people making minimum 2 times their wage. This will encourage the leaders to care for the people as a true democracy should minimizing the large poor class but get the people to work.
