    I always buy several pairs of socks whenever I'm in Korea~ It's the only kind of sock I wear. If you buy several pairs of them, you can usually ask for an extra discount.

      It is a good tip to know to ask for an extra discount when buying several pairs of them:) Thanks for sharing 👍!

    What fantastic ideas! 👏👏🥰🥰 I expected you to say socks but not the nail clippers and you are absolutely RIGHT! Years ago, I was traveling near Boston, USA and I stopped in a convenience for nail clippers. To my surprise, they were from Korea and they are the best! I’m still using them.
    What about GAM TAE, a special type of seaweed? I want to buy some when I visit Seoul and Jeju. Should I go to the dried food market or the department store? Probably Lotte or somewhere upscale?

      Oh you have used a Korean nail clipper! I am glad you are satisfied with that!
      As for Gamtae, I think department stores would be good:) Lotte and Shinsegae seem to have a great selection for such items:)!

      Hello:) nice to meet you! Thanks for coming! So u are coming to Seoul in Nov😻😻. You can buy the nail clipper sets in some souvenir shops, daiso(korea's version of dollar shop) or shops selling cosmetics ^^! Make sure you are getting things made in Korea since we are also selling products made in other countries:) And as for the mini rice cooker, all department shops and big marts are selling it!

    Hi! Im travelling to Korea next week. Where can we buy those items in Dongdaemun since we will be staying there?

    • @Korea_expert
      @Korea_expert  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello^^ nice to see you! In Dongdaemun, there is LotteFitIn shopping mall near the Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, subway line 2,4 & 5. They sell everything so it will be a good place to go to! Google says it is closed but no! It reopened a few months ago:)!

    where is best place to get the Pearl box

    • @Korea_expert
      @Korea_expert  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, thanks for your comment! I recommend Namdaemun Market in central Seoul. The best place to get the jewelry boxes in the market is Central (Joongang) Arcade C -dong near Hoehyeon station, subway line 4, exit5!

  • @Swati-v4s

    How much does the mother of pearl box cost?

    • @Korea_expert
      @Korea_expert  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello^^ it depends. It will be about from 50 to 200 dollars or a bit more!

  • @tinasoul

    Another amazing video!! 🫶🏻 it’s getting addictive! 😂
    Do you know where is the best place to get mother of pearl jewelry boxes? I mean at a better price point! I saw they had those boxes in Gwangjang Market but I don’t know is they are more expensive there since is a well known place for tourists…is Namdeamun Market a better option?

    • @Korea_expert
      @Korea_expert  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh you know Korea a lot:) Yes as you said, Gwangjang market can be pricey so Namdaemun is better. The best place to get the jewelry boxes is Central (Joongang) Arcade C -dong near Hoehyeon station, subway line 4, exit5!
