They're 5 kind of gamer in my opinion 1. Normies gamer : only play the strongest character, they're the one who will mock weaker character. 2. Hardcore/pro gamer : know the game well. Uses any character they like and often play hard (no dmg taken or big dmg showcase). 3. The artist gamer : play game only to admire the character design, scenery, story, or anything related to art. 4. Seasonal gamer : play game to relax from working a day. 5. Otaku/nerd gamer : hardcore gamer who is fallen into rabbit hole. They say, "waifu > meta". Don't care about meta because they know what they do. Purposely bumping thorn to hear their waifus moan. They willing to challenge the hardest part of the game using even tier D character.
@@goha5460 like Shu said, overload isn’t great. I’d say replace Beidou with Xinqiu, as his skill allows the wet staus which will synergize well with your team since you have Qiqi and Sucrose.

While some people might ignore her, look at this check list : 1. You have spare resources 2. You have sucrose at c1 at least (for the additional charge) 3. You have sacrificial fragment (this will give you chances for 3 skill charge) 4. You have chara that can synergies with her Just build her already, i instantly build her and no regret (i use 4 viridescent set, with ele mastery stat) This video is really good on showing what you can do with her, don't let her sleep in your expedition

I adore using her. Need some crowd controlling and she does the job really well. Been using her since the beginning of the game. Her Xing really makes the magic work when I need to push out that damage. I can't wait to test her out with the other elemental characters.

I pulled her two times in a row as early as AR10. Thought I am so unlucky because I really wanted to get Fyschl that badly but worth it when I tried this in Oceania with Kaeya 😊
We are all accidentally pulling Klee, huh? Same here, I was pulling for Xingqui, but I got her instead... trying to work her into my team with Keqing atm 😅
I got Sucrose from Venti banner and got her again in Klee's banner since her drop rate increased. I got her first constellation, so she got double E. I'm using Jean as my Main DPS/Healer, and my Sucrose could easily benefit from having double anemo in my party. I'm using Chongyun as my secondary DPS, and his aoe field synergizes well with Sucrose. I'm using Xiangling for elemental reactions. (I like her to be my secondary dps, but I've got unlucky with the weapons and I'm lacking resources for crafting). I was using Barbara before, and after switching to Sucrose, I thought I'd need more foods so I decided to cook more... surprisingly my team is doing well, and my aoe damage is pretty decent.
Deym im hoping to get at least her first constellation but for now I use the 40% chance to reset cooldown and it usually works 9/10 i use E so I get to cast it twice. Maybe you can cast it 3 times with the first constellation?
Pulled her 4 times in a row in the Klee banner ; I thought she was trash according to tier lists , but when I got her to level 40 she absolutely destroys . Excellent support , consistent damage , insane combos of elements , super easy to use . Always go with artifacts that up her Mastery level. My team is : ChongYun ( DPS ) , Sucrose ( support) , XiangLing ( Support) , and Barbara ( support/healer depending on the situation) Full F2P by the ways, I love Sucrose , so good ^^
Tier lists are next to useless for this game. Sure, some comps are better than others, but ranking individual characters doesn't make that much sense. A character which might be low tier when used solo can become a crucial part for some of the most powerful comps. You need to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the individual characters. Tier lists won't give that to you.
Sacrificial Fragments is amazing on her! It always gives your 3 shots of her E! Pair that with Klee mini bombs and you're doing some nice dmg. Mines has 4 constellation unlocked 😏
I got Sucrose from the Venti banner and I have to say she's underrated. I've had her on my team for a really long time. Although her Elemental Skill and Burst have the one of the longest cooldowns I've ever seen 😂, she can be a really good support character or an awesome damage dealer
I've been using SUCrose since I go her a couple weeks back, and even though she's still at C0, I still love to pretend that I have a C1 Sucrose because I also use Sacrificial Fragments on her. I'm glad you decided to highlight both Sucrose and the Sacrificial Fragments because both her and the catalyst are so underrated. Also, have I mentioned that I'm attracted to cute girls wearing glasses?
@@relvinandika2108 mappa mare is pretty good as well because of the extra elemental mastery bonus that it gives, giving you some extra damage boosts on your swirl damage if you dont have a good 4* catalyst from the gacha, mappa mare is pretty much the best thing for you to use own most if not all of your catalyst users
I'm pretty sure the Instructor set only buffs the elemental mastery of who made the elemental reaction. For example you pull out Xiangling's bear then use Sucrose to proc Instructor, Only Sucrose and Xiangling will get the elemental mastery buff.
I saw Tectone's video on the set too earlier, and I decided to double check for myself since I knew it was just elemental reaction - sure enough, my Xingqiu got the +120 EM from me triggering swirl on an electro target. In fact, the bonus even triggered on a natural element, like pyro slimes, with only Sucrose ever being in combat. Also, interesting side note, the +120 EM on a reaction is accounted for in Sucrose's 20% EM share, even if the same attack triggers both at the same time. It's a real shame there's no 5* version of Instructor....
Bonus reason to have her, she can do the anemo puzzles when the main character is in geo form. Some of the puzzles require you to have the main character's rock platform and an anemo effect... which is pretty much impossible to do without an anemo character.

Hiii, I have sucrose and I'm trying to follow the steps in the video to see if she gets stronger. Plus I'm a new player so I dont really know about building. Could you tell me if this was a good build? (If you have tried already of course)
After I pulled Albedo today and did my first anemo hypostasis solo I decided it was time to give her some love and she actually seems pretty cool. Will definitely try to build her right, I have tons of instructor artifacts lying around.
The last event (elemental crucible), Sucrose literally carry me and my team so hard. She is really good because of her passive, which is literally buffed my entire team ultimate and skill making their damage insanely good
IMPORTANT : The 4 piece effect of the instructor set is mistranslated. What it actually does is when you trigger an elemental reaction using two of your characters (and NOT only one, for example using klee on blob wich would be an elemental reaction using only one character) , both of these character get the elemental mastery bonus but not the others. Hence it has the name of instructor
Sorry what? You are completely talking out of your ass, that is not what it does. The 4 piece effect of instructor's set is when the character with this set triggers any elemental reaction everyone in the team (including the one with the set) gets 120 elemental mastery. Stop confusing people
I already have venti and I am using the mc as geo. This guide made me fully decided to finally invest on my sucrose for my second team in abyss. Thank you so much!
So what I've been doing is using C6 Fischl with the phase 4 trait to turn my Sucrose into a monster. Every attack adds a fresh stack of electro and causes swirl. That reaction causes the C6 effect which is a big aoe electro attack that does 80% of fischls attack, you can chain this indefinitely as everything Sucrose does causes swirl. For a while Fischl was my main damage dps but Sucrose ends up doing the same amount of damage per target but she turns it into aoe.
I really love her during the free run trial in this update and finally got her along with my c2 razor 🥰 looking forward if i can build her as my main support 😆
I have her at constelation 2 but I haven't use her becouse I invested most of my resourses in anemo traveler, Mona and Lisa with Noelle closing my team. But now that i got Barbara and Klee I need to start actualy looking at my others characters.
Even if you won't use Sucrose in the team, she's worth pulling for plainly because of her passive on Alchemy, as well as Xinqiu for his passive on talent books. Current banner is good even if you don't like Klee, just pull Sucrose and Xinqiu and they'll save you a lot of Resin from farming mats.
I have her and slapped the anemo set on her just so she could give my chongyun a boost in dmg by reducing enemies cryo resistance. She really is underrated.
good thing about swirl is that it ignores enemy level and resistances (except same element swirl like on a slime for instance, then there is no swirl damage), and does a fixed amount of damage. character level affects base swirl damage and elemental mastery gives a % increase to base swirl damage based on how much EM you have. the bonus from the 4 set viredescent gets added to this bonus aswell . the 60% swirl damage bonus from viredescent boosts damage equivalent to a full instructor set that has had its 4 set passive triggered which is amazing cause then you can build her anemo dmg and still have good swirl damage aswell.
I've been using her eventhough she c0, she works well with Jean and Mona since they both regenerate sp for their team also anemo gives bonus cd reduction
Instructor is bugged more than just the description. The buff only applies to the two characters that created the reaction, not the entire team. It's only useful for a single swap to your dps, not to improve the entire team

The more elemental mastery you stack, the more she will hit from Swirl reactions! Also the team will get 20% of her total EM too! And there have been mathematical studies done on EM scaling and it has linear growth which means the more EM the more damage from reactions!

i pulled her & venti alongside fischl for my first x10 pull (crazy luck bc they're all always in my party). i find the crowd control playstyle so ridiculously fun 😭 they both toss enemies around so well & the elemental-carrying effect of anemo powers is op. thank you for the build guide 💙💚
Can anyone explain what he's talking about in 0:38? "Fire status will not refresh if you hit it directly with your basic attack but it will but it will get reapplied as a new fire status to nearby enemies and then hitting the other enemy will reapply the status back to the original" What is the original? The fire status that we see right from the beginning? So does that mean we are prolonging the fire status? I don't quite get it.
I love sucrose! I have a elemental reaction build with Mona as DPS and Fischl as reaction dealer with OZ, so It really nice have the extra maestry for free with sucrose! I really like the ameno artifact set that makes enemies lose 40% elemental resist. I also use xingqiu for healing and his ult makes the target lose 15% hydro resist for my mona. But still, sucrose deal nuts damage on her elemental reactions, its insane wtf
Why though. If we take a picture of our character or screenshot. UID is always present. Which means it's ok for it be shown publicly. It's basically just your profile, not your account itself. So you're still safe. The only downside of showing UID is that a lot of unknown people would probably add you in game.
@@shigeokageyama5938 perhaps that in and of itself is enough reason? I haven't used the support ticket system, but I assume it also asks for your UID. If so, people could submit tickets falsely under their name.
PSA: Sucrose has a crafting passive. Passive Talent 3 Astable Invention: When Sucrose crafts Character and Weapon Enhancement Materials, she has a 10% chance to obtain double the product. This is huge. if you have her then try to save your mats until you get her talent unlocked.
I pulled her twice in a row from single pulls and was like “well alright guess she’s on my team.” Wanted to get more copies so I dunked about $30 and got _Klee twice_ but no more Sucrose copies... I don’t know what sort of luck that is.
Not even kidding, I wanted to get a Sucrose dupe for her first constellation after I watched this video. I ended up getting Klee after like 6 pulls and I'm so sad. I was around 30+ pulls in and my pity reset 😭

@gachagamer the description for instruction is not team mates its actually "other unit participating to make reaction happen" (so it can easily be nobody, or just another team mate if they applied the aura). The only correct thing about the set is its name "Instructor"
honestly i pulled her yesterday and ive just slowly fallen in love with her. i thought she wouldnt be worth it when i tried the character trails, but evidence says otherwise!
Sucrose was the first character i got (not including the starters) she became my main damage dealer since, thanks for the video with ways to make her stronger ❤️
It strikes me as that you didn’t have all six constellations. She gets absolutely insane at that point wielding the weapon with chance to refresh. With some elemental recharge she can get three or four of her skill in a row.
Sac frag is legit and really good but if you are stuck at C0 you should also consider using the fav. Codex (if u have it) since it gives pure energy recharge so you can at least spam her ult whenever the cd is off ;)

Deym im hoping to get at least her first constellation but for now I use the 40% chance to reset cooldown and it usually works 9/10 i use E so I get to cast it twice. Maybe you can cast it 3 times with the first constellation?

Pulled her 4 times in a row in the Klee banner ; I thought she was trash according to tier lists , but when I got her to level 40 she absolutely destroys .
Excellent support , consistent damage , insane combos of elements , super easy to use . Always go with artifacts that up her Mastery level.
My team is : ChongYun ( DPS ) , Sucrose ( support) , XiangLing ( Support) , and Barbara ( support/healer depending on the situation)

Tier lists are next to useless for this game. Sure, some comps are better than others, but ranking individual characters doesn't make that much sense. A character which might be low tier when used solo can become a crucial part for some of the most powerful comps. You need to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the individual characters. Tier lists won't give that to you.
Sacrificial Fragments is amazing on her! It always gives your 3 shots of her E! Pair that with Klee mini bombs and you're doing some nice dmg.

I got Sucrose from the Venti banner and I have to say she's underrated. I've had her on my team for a really long time. Although her Elemental Skill and Burst have the one of the longest cooldowns I've ever seen 😂, she can be a really good support character or an awesome damage dealer

I've been using SUCrose since I go her a couple weeks back, and even though she's still at C0, I still love to pretend that I have a C1 Sucrose because I also use Sacrificial Fragments on her.
I'm glad you decided to highlight both Sucrose and the Sacrificial Fragments because both her and the catalyst are so underrated.

@@relvinandika2108 mappa mare is pretty good as well because of the extra elemental mastery bonus that it gives, giving you some extra damage boosts on your swirl damage
if you dont have a good 4* catalyst from the gacha, mappa mare is pretty much the best thing for you to use own most if not all of your catalyst users

I'm pretty sure the Instructor set only buffs the elemental mastery of who made the elemental reaction. For example you pull out Xiangling's bear then use Sucrose to proc Instructor, Only Sucrose and Xiangling will get the elemental mastery buff.
But an increase to her EM means 20% increased EM to the team.
I saw Tectone's video on the set too earlier, and I decided to double check for myself since I knew it was just elemental reaction - sure enough, my Xingqiu got the +120 EM from me triggering swirl on an electro target. In fact, the bonus even triggered on a natural element, like pyro slimes, with only Sucrose ever being in combat.
Also, interesting side note, the +120 EM on a reaction is accounted for in Sucrose's 20% EM share, even if the same attack triggers both at the same time. It's a real shame there's no 5* version of Instructor....
Bonus reason to have her, she can do the anemo puzzles when the main character is in geo form. Some of the puzzles require you to have the main character's rock platform and an anemo effect... which is pretty much impossible to do without an anemo character.

After I pulled Albedo today and did my first anemo hypostasis solo I decided it was time to give her some love and she actually seems pretty cool.
Will definitely try to build her right, I have tons of instructor artifacts lying around.
I would use her but I already have the perfect team. Razor, Jean, Fischle, and Xiangling. She is good for the spiral abyss tho
The last event (elemental crucible), Sucrose literally carry me and my team so hard. She is really good because of her passive, which is literally buffed my entire team ultimate and skill making their damage insanely good
IMPORTANT : The 4 piece effect of the instructor set is mistranslated. What it actually does is when you trigger an elemental reaction using two of your characters (and NOT only one, for example using klee on blob wich would be an elemental reaction using only one character) , both of these character get the elemental mastery bonus but not the others. Hence it has the name of instructor
Sorry what? You are completely talking out of your ass, that is not what it does. The 4 piece effect of instructor's set is when the character with this set triggers any elemental reaction everyone in the team (including the one with the set) gets 120 elemental mastery. Stop confusing people

I got her at C1 even though I probs pulled like 100 times throughout my play through
I’m AR 39 too fml
So what I've been doing is using C6 Fischl with the phase 4 trait to turn my Sucrose into a monster. Every attack adds a fresh stack of electro and causes swirl. That reaction causes the C6 effect which is a big aoe electro attack that does 80% of fischls attack, you can chain this indefinitely as everything Sucrose does causes swirl. For a while Fischl was my main damage dps but Sucrose ends up doing the same amount of damage per target but she turns it into aoe.

I have her at constelation 2 but I haven't use her becouse I invested most of my resourses in anemo traveler, Mona and Lisa with Noelle closing my team. But now that i got Barbara and Klee I need to start actualy looking at my others characters.
Even if you won't use Sucrose in the team, she's worth pulling for plainly because of her passive on Alchemy, as well as Xinqiu for his passive on talent books.
Current banner is good even if you don't like Klee, just pull Sucrose and Xinqiu and they'll save you a lot of Resin from farming mats.

I've pulled her on every pull! Really feeling lucky, and I am using her as my secondary damage dealer, soon to be primary damage dealer.
I have her and slapped the anemo set on her just so she could give my chongyun a boost in dmg by reducing enemies cryo resistance.
She really is underrated.

good thing about swirl is that it ignores enemy level and resistances (except same element swirl like on a slime for instance, then there is no swirl damage), and does a fixed amount of damage. character level affects base swirl damage and elemental mastery gives a % increase to base swirl damage based on how much EM you have. the bonus from the 4 set viredescent gets added to this bonus aswell . the 60% swirl damage bonus from viredescent boosts damage equivalent to a full instructor set that has had its 4 set passive triggered which is amazing cause then you can build her anemo dmg and still have good swirl damage aswell.

Instructor is bugged more than just the description. The buff only applies to the two characters that created the reaction, not the entire team. It's only useful for a single swap to your dps, not to improve the entire team

The more elemental mastery you stack, the more she will hit from Swirl reactions! Also the team will get 20% of her total EM too! And there have been mathematical studies done on EM scaling and it has linear growth which means the more EM the more damage from reactions!

Can anyone explain what he's talking about in 0:38? "Fire status will not refresh if you hit it directly with your basic attack but it will but it will get reapplied as a new fire status to nearby enemies and then hitting the other enemy will reapply the status back to the original"
What is the original? The fire status that we see right from the beginning? So does that mean we are prolonging the fire status? I don't quite get it.

I love sucrose! I have a elemental reaction build with Mona as DPS and Fischl as reaction dealer with OZ, so It really nice have the extra maestry for free with sucrose! I really like the ameno artifact set that makes enemies lose 40% elemental resist. I also use xingqiu for healing and his ult makes the target lose 15% hydro resist for my mona. But still, sucrose deal nuts damage on her elemental reactions, its insane wtf
Not sure exactly what someone would do with it, but it might be prudent to censor your UID just in case.
Why though. If we take a picture of our character or screenshot. UID is always present. Which means it's ok for it be shown publicly.
It's basically just your profile, not your account itself. So you're still safe. The only downside of showing UID is that a lot of unknown people would probably add you in game.
@@shigeokageyama5938 perhaps that in and of itself is enough reason? I haven't used the support ticket system, but I assume it also asks for your UID. If so, people could submit tickets falsely under their name.

Not even kidding, I wanted to get a Sucrose dupe for her first constellation after I watched this video. I ended up getting Klee after like 6 pulls and I'm so sad. I was around 30+ pulls in and my pity reset 😭

@gachagamer the description for instruction is not team mates its actually "other unit participating to make reaction happen" (so it can easily be nobody, or just another team mate if they applied the aura). The only correct thing about the set is its name "Instructor"

It strikes me as that you didn’t have all six constellations. She gets absolutely insane at that point wielding the weapon with chance to refresh. With some elemental recharge she can get three or four of her skill in a row.
Pulled her twice, so I have con 1. Still using Sac fragments, because 3 uses of her Skill has been great for me in terms of creating particles.
I pulled her 5 time in a week.I was mad ,but after watching this video it mad me happy.

Sac frag is legit and really good but if you are stuck at C0 you should also consider using the fav. Codex (if u have it) since it gives pure energy recharge so you can at least spam her ult whenever the cd is off ;)
