Why do you still have a skid mark on your living room floor? Does that not clean off? Also, living in a small place (I do too), where do you store all your e bikes and scooters?
He did a burnout inside which caused that mark. Bikes are stored in a storage container but he only keeps a couple at once. Most review bikes are sold on Facebook marketplace after he's made the video.

Whoever buys off him is getting a bargain for sure because he only puts about 20 miles on each review bike. No idea what he says to people but this channel exists so they can look it up and see he's all legit. I've found one of his marketplace listings before I'm 99% sure 🤣.
Have you considered working with a local motorcycle dealership? That way you could use dealer plates for your rides. And you could bring in customers who want to purchase electric and gas motorcycles.
Yea it seems like you need to live in a city where crime is so high that the cops have way more to worry about than someone on a bike. Its still illegal but its the least of their concerns. In my small beach town I don't even know if I'd get away with a moped style bike, nevermind anything like this. Its kept me from buying any bike which really sucks

At the time, mopeds in Britain had to have pedals, but you didn't need to use them, so they could be disconnected and locked to become footpegs. I fancied one for years until I found out they'd quietly changed the law, making a car licence no longer an automatic moped licence. And also a decent one was crazily expensive!
@@aratay3117 The bike would just randomly shut off. Nobody knows why(except the company ofc), but people would be riding it & it would just go dead. You'd have to restart it to get things going again. Which is terrifying if you're riding in traffic.

I really like it. The motor location is very common on gas mopeds. No way the Solar is bike path legal, but I'd say it's an excellent replacement for a gas moped assuming it's classified as a moped? That's usually 30mph top speed. I'm guessing that's what the locked setting is for.

I got this bike as soon as I saw your other vid and it does not disappoint it's so much fun and a tank. I was trying to learn to wheelie and it sent me flying lol luckily the only thing that got damaged was the back break lights but i see they sell replacements now on the website might get that soon lol.

As it's called "Solar" it'd be nice if they'd build in a charge controller and a port somewhere with MC4 connectors. You could take a BougeRV Yuma or two with you and unroll them when parked. (Why yes, I know 200-400w of solar laying flat on the ground wouldn't charge the entire battery, but every little helps)
what about warranty and repairs ? On their website it dosent says anything beside third party company will pickup your bike, bring it back and u have to pay them for transportation
Motor on swing arm means lots of unsprung weight, the exact same main disadvantage of a hub motor. It probably is more reliable for hard hits and jumps but frame mounted motor is best.
super cool, but i wish they would make something like this, but a little less power and add pedals. mostly want the large 72v battery that pulls out that easy.

moped has pedals, so I would call that a scooter like in the begining of the video.
This would be classed the same as a 125cc low powered motorcycle here in Europe. The top speed is fairly similar to those.

The smaller chain gauge is for non pit-squids that know how to ride and accelerate more smoothly and controllably.
It'd be interesting to hear what it really sounds like without the moron nobby tires on it on the street.

It might need a firmware update..my bike was shutting off on newer firmware (not solar), I went to some random old firmware and it fixed it
Their production version had software issue which seems to have been resolved. My friend who had the V2 couldn’t praise enough about it
