What if you level one char to level 75, then jump to your alt and level to 71, then head back to your main and become level 80? Can your level 71 alt now skip things?
Update: I just finished my campaign on my main, and even though my alt (level 70) had gone into the Chamber of Hearts, Lady Jaina Proudmoore here was able to allow me to skip the storyline.

You had me at not having to do the storieline 10 times on alts
I'm a little annoyed that side quest progress isn't account-wide either. What good is a finished campaign when I have to redo a lot of things.
And do you have to re-do side quests on alts? What is it good for?

No you have to do it with at least one character i think because of the sparks and all that shit
