thank you for showing us another beautiful national park. with Laine and yourself as tour guides it made it more beautiful and enjoyable. Regards from Berlin Germany. 😊
Canada is a very beautiful country with contrasting landscapes. I have travelled througout Canada. My two favourite places are British Columbia (by the Rocky Mountains) and Newfoundland and Nova Scotia by the Atlantic Ocean, at the other extreme.
Thank you Alina I grew up in yoho park I’ve done a lot of travelling but nowhere compares to yoho it’s part of my heart and soul I just hope it doesn’t become over crowded please to all visitors please respect our national parks
Another stunning video. from Amazing Alina, Many years ago my friend from San Francisco and i drove to Seattle and Vancouver ending up at Yoho National Park. The natural beauty of it's Lakes, Falls and Wildlife is a hidden gem in B.C. Canada. What better tour to do this with than with your friend Laine? I much prefer Yoho National Park than Banff. Hope you're enjoying a restful and most enjoyable time back in Canada. Sending you much love and affection🥰 from Richmond, Va. Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Hiking to the top of mountains around Lake O’Hara, it is amazing views, I did it two years ago, I will do it again, there are gorgeous alpine lakes in that area. You can catch the last bus at 6:30 ,it costs $10 dollars.
It was fun showing you around Yoho NP and sharing new experiences together! Especially glad that you felt those long treks were worthwhile, lol Thanks for the memories, Alina 💜
Good to see you after a while. The word “Yoho” comes from the Cree expression meaning “awe,” which is a great way to describe the beautiful park. Moreover the way you describe the place is more captivating. Keep smiling and thanks from the core of my heart for showing the world to make us believe that it's still worthy and beautiful place to live in.
Well, Yoho ho with no bottle of rum. Lots of shots of Laine's backpack with occasional views of her sometimes smiling face. I've been to Golden, but never really went in the Yoho National Park. This was a great little video of lakes, rushing rivers, and nice waterfalls. Looks like this will move onto my must see sometime list.
A visually captivating and insightful video which beautifully captures the heart and soul of the Canadian Rockies 🙌 🇨🇦 I personally enjoyed my time at Yoho bit more than Banff due to less crowds, but never knew that there's much more to explore than Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge! Was literally taking notes as I was watching, as I'm planning a longer visit 💯
😯Wow, Yoho National Park looks absolutely breathtaking.....!!😊! The stunning landscapes and the mesmerizing reflections on the pristine lakes all combine to create a nature lover's paradise. It's incredible how nature can leave us in awe and bring such a sense of peace and tranquility. I can imagine the feeling of serenity and wonder YOU and your friend must have experienced while exploring this magnificent park. I couldn't help but notice the lovely background music that perfectly complemented the visuals, adding an extra layer of charm to the video. How many hours do you spend choosing music for your videos, Alina..!!! It's evident that you have put a lot of effort into creating this content, and it has paid off splendidly! It's a reminder of how important it is to cherish and protect our natural wonders. Thank you for sharing this captivating experience with us, Alina...!!!😊😊😊
Great video! Lake O'Hara is worth every step for that 11 kilometers hike. We did hike in at beginning of July and target to reach Lake Oesa, which is another 3 Kilometers up from Lake O'Hara. If possible Lake Oesa is must for the day trip, you will enjoy the mountains, glacier view and lake just for yourself. You can heard wind blowing and failing rocks debris, which is once life time experience.
While staying a night at Emerald Lake Lodge, I cross-country skied around the lake - it was lightly snowing and magical. It's really beautiful in the summer because of the turquoise water. I also stayed at a beautiful private log cabin B & B in Golden which included a huge breakfast (with home-baked muffins to go) and white water rafted just outside town - so much fun. Good to see these places as I moved from Calgary 10 yrs ago.
I've been lucky enough to have visited Lake O'Hara twice. Once, a day trip on the shuttle, the second time we stayed at a cabin at the Lake for a few days. Pictures and videos do not do this place justice. Truly the most incredibly beautiful place I've ever had the privilege to explore.
Hello Alina, stunning nature! It looks like hiking inside of an oil painting. I like the bright colors brought up by the rainy and overcast weather. The calm lakes and the mirrored landscape are really magical. Best regards, Ralf
Great video Alina and I enjoyed it so much! Stunning scenery all the way around and a very impressive area to visit. Thanks as always for bringing this video to us!
Alina the well-traveled saying "the best" says something! 💯 definitely going on my to-visit list. Also, I think Laine contributed to this experience being the best! :)
I wish I could make it someday to Canada and hike a beautiful place like that. Thank you for sharing such an amazin landscape. Greetings from the Dominican Republic. 😊👍
The Burgess Shale beds was neat. You could pick up almost any rock and see Trilobites embedded in them. I also liked the hike from Takkakaw Falls to Twin falls and return via the Whaleback. I also thought the Leanchoil Hoodoos were kinda neat too. The view from Paget lookout was also neat, you can almost see into the US on a clear day.
Hello Alina! 😄🙏👋🌟 I hope your having a wonderful day! This is really a beautiful super marvelous masterpiece video! 😁👍❤️👏📹🇨🇦🏔🌲🏞🛶🥇💯✨💫🌟 Wow! Yoho National Park looks so absolutely amazing! Emerald Lake, Takakkaw River and Laughing Falls is magnificent! Lake O’Hara is really wonderful! Also the Basecamp Lodge looks very nice! Even the food at the restaurants looks truly delicious! I would definitely like to visit Yoho National Park one day. It truly is a beautiful magnificent place! Thank you so very much Alina to share with us this amazing fantastic video. You are the best and greatest world traveler adventurer ever! 😃👍👏✈️🌎📹🥇💯🏆💫🌟 I wish you Alina a wonderful excellent glorious blessed day. 😊🙏❤️👋🇨🇦👍✨🌟
Planning to move to Canada under a working holiday visa and hoping to be able to settle there after WH. The beauty of the nature Canada has to offer shown in this video is just amazing
Wow, so beautiful! Amazing trails and views, definitely hope to go that way again one day. I did go to Golden, but haven't done those trails. Thank you both for sharing!
I worked next door at Moraine Lake in Banff National Park for a few months. My boss lived in Field, BC. It's a beautiful small town. Golden is a lovely town too. Went white water rafting on the Kicking Horse river from there. Great video, reminded me of those fantastic few months I lived and worked in the area.
Amazing! I believe Canada is a beautiful country. I adore mountains, lakes, rivers and forests. Though winters are colder than in my country but I dream about visiting Canada. If we are alive, after the war, I believe I will do.
I've never had the opportunity to travel abroad, but when I do, Canada is going to be my number one destination. I love those scenic landscapes of BC; they look very exotic to me and very different from the forests here in Brazil. Btw, I also loved the videos you made in southern Brazil (another place I want to visit one day), and the ones in Buzios and Arraial (I've been there a couple of times, and I love it there.) Your videos are great! They're a mix of beautiful shots showing the place and relevant comments for those who actually want to visit it one day.
Hi Alina, I used to live close to Albany, upstate New York, but no I haven´t been to Yoho. Off grid, peaceful and quiet. You beauty of beauties, love your videos and your way, rgs❤❤❤
2 mins into the video and Im already excited to see Yoho 🤣 We are moving to Alberta at the end of the month, and so excited to explore Alberta + BC and all its beauty. Thanks for sharing!
Some foods to try if you are new to Canada or first time visiting - Nanaimo bars, Tim Hortons timbits, donuts and coffee, poutine, Beavertails pastry, Halifax donair, split pea and ham soup, Canadian pancakes and maple syrup, Canadian bacon.
Dear Alina I saw your video on yoho national park, it's beautiful n so are you. Music of video was great, very informative and gave me a feeling of visiting it in reality with you
First time at Yoho was in 1978 to go heli-skiing from Golden with Mountain Canada Heli-skiing. Believe it was $100 back then. Amazing adventure! Came back 6 years later with a 4x5” (film) view camera to photograph Takakkaw Falls and other scenic features in the surrounding area. Nice video and Yoho is certainly a special place. Will check out BaseCamp Lodge when I’m there next!
Alina, you a such a sweet soul. I swear watching your videos are therapeutic ❤ I am doing the Kolsai lake hike & shymbulak resort in 2 weeks time. I cannot wait subscribed xx
Alina - Hope you are enjoying your time off from the road. I've always felt that sometimes when the road feels like it owns you that's a good time to step back to get back your balance. When its time, look forward to seeing where your next journey takes you.

Alina, just FYI- the smoke from the wildfires in Canada came all the way to Chicago and for like three days in a row it was really bad here too?!
