Where can you capture them at max speed?
    At 250kmph
I wish to see and capture these ICEs at their max speed but in and around Freiburg they are restricted to 160kmph
I know they run at 250kmph between Manheim - Karlsruhe but, I dont know the name of any stations on this high speed line served my regio trains we I can view the high speed trains passing by and skipping the station at 250kmph
    Can you help me?

I'd recommend "Vaihingen an der Enz" to you. Max speed through that station is 280km/h on the Mannheim to Stuttgart line
A few regional trains call there from a branch to pforzheim
