I can't believe this is 7 years old... I remember being 12 hearing this and now I'm almost 20. What a nostalgia blast... This song has stood the test of time for sure.

Universal is now 10 years old! Honestly of all the years I have listen to this track it always feels very Xmas like especially here 1:31 But either way this is still an emotional rollercoaster cause of how beautiful the production is here! TwoThirds made some of the best D&B out there! Still a masterpiece in 2023!

If we're getting that technical, this would be classified as orchestral/melodic DnB. Doesn't share enough characteristics with dubstep to be drumstep. But whatever it ism its amazing.

This godamn song is so godamn important to me! I listened to it aftrer we put down our Rottweiler, had to be just a couple years after it released, and I kept visualizing this big, beautiful Rottweiler spirit creature running free in this neon wilderness, like heaven for EDM dogs or something. And now everytime I listen to it I have a real good cry that always make me feel better after it. Thank you Twothirds for this masterpiece! And RIP Fix! You were the best of us buddy

It's a frequency spectrum, you can do it with stock plugins in AAE. The stars in the back are just an animated particle system, with a static drift and then shifted on low frequency pulses.

There's visualization software out there that allows you to load a song then export the generated visuals as a video file. He then uploads the video to TH-cam.
Similar to (for example) the iTunes visualizer when you load and play a song. Just a video capture of the graphics.
***** This is probably just some Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro composition, not from some software that "generates visuals as a video file from a song", because that sentence just sounds silly.
It's a program that generates GEQ effects. I don't know what that would be but you could try googleing it.
