The Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, the first of its kind in the IIT system was set up in 2006.
It is a part of the global endeavor to integrate technology and law to build lawyers with expertise to deal with the legal issues in the interface of technology and law. The School offers three programs; LL.B with specialization in IP Law, LL.M and Doctoral Program in Law.
RGSOIPL welcomes engineers, scientists, and medical professionals, who are passionate about deepening their knowledge and proficiency in intellectual property law, to join this programme in law. Applications open from December 1st, 2023.
