Sorrento looks amazing in the summertime, love the little stalls in the streets and how everybody looks like they're out there having a great time! Beautiful sunset. Take it easy with that Limoncello - I once had a moderately sized chilled ceramic cup of it and slept for 3 days straight afterwards. You've been warned! Enjoy!!
It is really beautiful. It was worth it to go, just for the sunset. That is too funny about the limoncello. LOL It may have already been affecting my vlogging skills at the end! It's very strong. 🥴
Hi everyone....I'm from Campania (region where there is Naples, Capri, Ischia, Amalfi Coast etc...) The best way to enjoy all these tourist locations is to stay in a B&B in Naples in via Toledo, for example "B&B Toledo" nice and cheap. In the morning after breakfast we go to the tourist port of Naples which is located 100 meters from the B&B Toledo which is called "Molo Beverello" where you can take hydrofoils to Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, Procida, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello etc... .Go in the morning, and return in the afternoon. The next day you can go to Capri, Ischia etc. There are hydrofoils to all these locations every hour. At the Beverello pier, there are also buses that take you to the locations just mentioned, and you can also go to Caserta where there is the Bourbon palace where they filmed the film: "Star Wars". Campania is beautiful and the food is good. I always go to Ischia in the summer....it's a paradise. Have a nice trip everyone!
Good choice love all the rustic old looking buildings even the trains that had all the graffiti on them and can't say enough about all the little shops along the way it reminds me of a big outside flea market all the Italian food is definitely a must especially since you are in Italy and the turquoise looking water is always one of my favorites so thank's again witytravels for sharing from this beautiful unique place called sorrento Italy !!!
❤️ your video, especially your suggestions are helpful in planning my trip to the Amalfi Coast. So many travel videos available r about what the person is wearing rather than the place itself. Well done
Watching again with Ian on the big 📺 screen... he was very jealous of your gelato 🍨! He was interested in your comments about the artisanal varieties. 👍
Y'all are too good to us! Katy really liked the unique flavors in sorrento. She thought all the artisianal tasted better and was richer than regular "fake and fluffy" gelato.
We'd love to visit Sorrento! We've done Naples and Pompei, but this is a city we really fancy. It's beautiful. That icecream looks divine. Yep I think this would be our favourite city too! Fish n chips ❤. We do like Limoncello. The evening light is so pretty. Thanks for putting Sorrento on our map. Cheers 🍻
So that's where the old Bronx, New York grafitti riddled subway train cars were sent back in the early 90s. Sorrento way less overrun by tourists as opposed to Positano. I prefer that to explore more peacefully. Beautiful sunset guys!
That definitely was not Italy's best train lol. But Sorrento was much more chill than Positano. More people should visit Sorrento, but I am glad they were not there when we were. Sunset in Sorrento was worth the whole trip!
That sunset was beautiful!! And the limoncello looked delicious 🤤
Totally worth the visit for the sunset alone. Limoncello is so yummy!
This looks incredible 🤩 y’all did such a great job capturing this city and we’d love to visit! Beautiful clips and great video!
Thank you so much friends!!

I'm watching this on the road driving back to Dallas ... but I'll watch again with Ian on the big screen later this weekend when we're back home.
Be safe on the road!

Sorrento is the best city in the area!

@@WITYTRAVELS oh yeah... gelato should be dense not fluffy 😉... low aeration!
Very helpful content! 🙌🏽👋🏾 New subscriber here!
Thank you and welcome!
I have a soft spot for Sorrento too. Preferred it more than Positano and Capri. Loves Naples too.

Sorrento was a great city! Really appreciated the food and dessert options. Limoncello was fantastic! 🍻
I was in that shop last year 😊
The limoncello one or where we got the patch?

Lo❤ you brother ❤❤ from Assam India
Love you too. ❤️🇮🇳
But here's the most important food question: did they serve pizza with fries there? 🍕 🍟
I dunno. We were so done with the Italian food by then lol. Fish and chippies were lovely though. 😀😜
Brother you speak na English I like your English accent
Sorrento IS ON THE AMALFI COAST
No it's not
OK sorry...it's confusing and some consider it on as it's on the Mediterranean
Do they still have the film celebrations every September, I saw Omar sharif and roger Moore there in 1968, alongside carlo ponti
Not sure, but they should! It's beautiful there. That's awesome you saw them.
It's seriously overcrowded and over rated
