    I have a shengmillo e5 and it’s best fat bike around for the price ! The rear and front suspension are amazing! It’s fast and glides over bumps and pot holes 👍🏻

    I'm in Poland and most of my hiking has me on roads. I'm in the market for an e-bike. I appreciate the honest review.

      I'm originally from Latvia and I totally get what you're saying! At some point, it becomes a bit boring to always walk on pretty much the same gravel road through fields/forests 😀 With a bike/ebike it's at least more interesting because you cover much more distance and see more variety of terrain/villages each day. And you're welcome!

      @ I planned a route that took me about 25 km. It was like 30 degrees and a majority of that was on a newly paved road with no trees. It was hell.
      Walking 25 km a day doesn’t really get me anywhere. A bike would help me travel two to three times further (and save my feet)

    Is this ok with beach biking?

    thanks for the detailed review. Few questions - can you explain the rubber you used on the mud guards? Was it a rubber washer or a piece of rubber you glued on? Also, what do you think about spraying a rubber compound on the bottom of the mud guards before assembly? Also how tall are you so I can gauge the size better?

      I was actually thinking of spraying something similar on the mudguards - the undercoat spray that you spray on the underside of a car in areas where rust is a problem. I'm 1m 85cm tall. And yes, I cut a piece of a washer and stuck it between the two metals with a knife from both sides. It worked like a charm!

    Fat tire bikes in my experience don't even have front suspension forks, they rely on the big tires running at lower pressure to smooth out the ride.

    can i order from US site to europe because of the price?

      You'd have to pay import taxes probably, and I'm also not sure if Engwe would ship it from US to EU. I mean, everything is more expensive in EU, especially tech. I think personally a fair price for the E26 in EU would be 1-1.2k.

      @OscarHikes Thanks

      @OscarHikes Because i don't want to pay $300 more for the same bike just because tech in eu is more expensive.

    I see that your wife have a fido E bike. with one do you think is better?????

    • @OscarHikes
      @OscarHikes  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Fiido is higher quality. But I would recommend ENGWE, just becuase it's a better bang for your buck. They're very similar but the ENGWE model is significantly cheaper.

    Battery life is very poor on mine im afraid.Less than 20 miles on pedall assist 3 to 5.

      @OscarHikes  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hmm I don't know - maybe you should test the battery. Mine lasts much longer! But I also try to use my legs as much as I can, especially when going up hill. If you don't do it, the battery drains very quickly

      @OscarHikes Thanks for the reply,yeah think im just expecting too much from the battery.ive been riding it unlocked so going everywhere pretty much flat out 20 -26 mph and im a big lump 115 kg.Im gonna reset to factory default today and see how it goes but its kinda addictive flying about isnt it😀
