Toyota 4Runner 4th Gen Hood Repair (Rust Spots)

I repaired hood rust spots on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. This walkthrough tutorial took place with just a paint pen and a rust pick file. The paint pen was a Dupli-Color Scratch Fix that cost 20$ from amazon. It worked well and I was able to repair the hood rust and repaint the body. Although this took place on my 4th Gen 4Runner, the same concept applies to many other vehicles.
